Left bud stopped charging after like 7-10 uses. Shame.

Had these initially on my S22 Ultra and PC for VR and it worked great. 

Now that I’m on an iPhone the application cannot for the life of it find them at all.

Comprei o G fits e fiz “todo” o passo a passo que consiste em apenas 1 por conta que não funciona, não passa da tela de confirmar que os fones estão no estojo e removendo nos próximos 15s… pedi outro pela garantia e mesmo assim continua o mesmo problema

Followed instructions, held case power button for 3 seconds, and does not enter pairing mode (quick blinking lights from what i see online). Have been attempting this for 1 hour, factory reseted the case even, still refuses to enter pairing mode. I waited in logitech support and they said "support team is busy". Absolute joke. No online troubleshooting is fixing this issue.

Worst earbuds ever

First time logitech user, used jaybirds your subsidiary for 5+ years. These were given as a warranty replacement. 

I am absolutely frustrated why my iphone 13 cannot connect properly with these buds. "Battery low" error. Tried everything in the book. Pay some attention and add a firmware update please.

I would give a zero if it would let me.  Return started within 30 minutes of opening the box.  Absolute garbage product with equally garbage app and support.

I can’t get the fits to maintain a connection on my phone, making them unusable outside of the selfie mode. Weirdly enough, it can pair to my MacBook just fine.

Please fix? This product seems dead in a water at the moment.

I just got a set of the Logitech G fits earbuds and was running into the same problem that other reviewers have noted. I could not get the lights to flash quickly, I could not get any connection to my iPhone. Finally, I did three things that might’ve helped. First was to let the earbuds charge in the case for about an hour and a half. Second was to delete the app from my iPhone. Third was to do a hard reset of the iPhone. Once I had done those three things I re-downloaded the app and tried again. This time it worked exactly as described. Fast flashing lights, easy connection, and then I molded the tips to my ears. Still only three stars for a rating because that’s a lot of things to do just to get it to work.

All the previous reviews are still accurate. 

Earbuds have no battery life in the case. 

Cant get the app to recognize the bluetooth connection. It will connect in IOS and then just disconnect and repeatedly repair. 

The app wont get past step 2 in setup at all.
