Logitrans Customer App has been developed to enable you to manage your logistics processes quickly, transparently, and easily through a single platform.


With our application, you can:
* Instantly access your shipments with Quick Shipment Inquiry,
* View the real-time location of your cargo with the Live Map Tracking feature,
* Easily access and share activity history and documents related to your shipments,
* View and share your invoices, and track your current balance information through the invoices screen,
* Access private or general reports and export them as Excel files,
* Review shipment distribution details by country,
* Read important announcements shared with you,
* Receive notifications regarding the latest developments.

Additionally, through the in-app Ticket System, you can easily submit:
* Suggestions,
* Complaints,
* Information and support requests, and initiate your processes quickly.

Logitrans Customer App aims to reduce your operational workload and ensure all your logistics processes are managed under control and with full transparency.
