Navigation feels a bit clunky compared to other banking apps I’ve used, things aren’t always where I expect them to be. The core features work fine (checking balances, transfers, mobile deposit), but the overall experience isn’t as smooth or intuitive. For comparison, Chase’s app has a cleaner layout and easier navigation that makes everyday banking feel more seamless. I’d love to see Logix take some cues from that, streamlining the interface and making key actions more accessible. It’s not a bad app, just not a great one yet. Most checks take 3-4 tries before it’s accepted plus the interface is glitchy. It would also be nice to get confirmation emails of deposits. ### 1/5 — Logix has the worst tech team. *2026-03-26, version 2.4.7* The app is down multiple times a month, I have to go onto the website. I just want to trust my banking app to quickly go check my balance if I need to, it’s ridiculous. Also can’t deposit checks on the app, it ALWAYS says the amount entered doesn’t match the check. I don’t want to go somewhere and deposit my check while I’m on maternity leave. Speaking of which, EDD and Logix don’t work together for direct deposit. So now while I’m freshly postpartum I have to physically leave my home to get my money in my account. Logix really needs to do better, I’m so over this. 12 years with Logix, and I’m seriously considering leaving because of the inconvenience of using the app. ### 1/5 — Worst banking app ever. *2026-03-06, version 2.4.6* I’ve been with them for 15 years. Never had a problem until this last year. App is literally unusable very frequently. Cannot log in. I try to log in and it just loads forever if it doesn’t give me directly an error message.
