Then when I hit Close, it goes to the App Store. I don’t mind ads, but I do mind the ones that think they’re going to trick me into downloading something. ### 3/5 — Don’t know why *2024-03-15, version 8.8.6* Everytime I try to add a site the username and password fields fill eachother when I go to the next field making it impossible to actually fill in new info, I can do that online and then the app can use the data but the app can’t seem to add sites inside it without glitching . ### 2/5 — Was promising *2023-06-29, version 8.8.6* Up until i wanted to complete my profile. I sat for 6 minutes keeping my phone awake to even change my last name. Trying to upload a photo, thats on a whole new level. Clicked on support to get some help, and it just brought me to this review page. So ive tried. Wanting to try it out with all the great reviews. Time to keep looking ### 3/5 — new update broke it *2022-11-14, version 8.8.0* the update made it so if i open a password in the password manager the app crashes please fix this ### 3/5 — Descend *2022-10-12, version 8.7.9* Works pretty much as advertised. My only grudge is that my local Network occasionally get blocked by the server that serves my passwords, so I sometimes get locked out. The workaround is to use a VPN for a few days until the automatic unban. Support has been pretty responsive though, but they can’t do anything about the ban or say anything about the reasons. ### 1/5 — Useless app *2022-03-08, version 8.7.8* Trying to enter a payment card. Expiry date is pre-set at 3/2022 - and cannot be changed. Won’t accept mother’s maiden name (5 letters) as a security question. When I open an app password to edit it, the URL field accepts no clipboard paste action. The same field works fine when creating a new app. 2. In password generator, when using the slider to reduce the password length, some password requirements may be ignored. So I chose mother’s maiden name …. Wouldn’t accept it because her maiden name contained less than 8 characters…. Stupid …. Are they mining bitcoins on our phones? ### 4/5 — Good but clunky *2021-04-22, version 8.7.6* Overall it does what I want, but there are a few things that could be improved. Sometimes it requires a user name when there are situations that don’t have one or when I don’t want to enter one. It also shows the passwords in a very small font. These are just a few of things that make it more difficult to use than it’s non-free alternatives. ### 1/5 — Assolutamente da evitare *2021-04-08, version 7.0.6* Vengo da anni di utilizzo di lastpass e recentemente da 1password. Cercavo un’alternativa gratuita a questi servizi (che funzionano entrambi alla grande), ma questo Logmeonce è un disastro. Servizio pieno di bug(l’area riservata web non riesce a mostrare i contenuti delle pagine), app inutilizzabile e richieste inspiegabili (perché mi chiede la localizzazione gps?). Sinceramente non mi sento al sicuro con un servizio del genere... ### 3/5 — Very simple but good *2021-03-17, version 7.0.5* The app has been working fine, you know, for using it for free. Can’t complain about much... except that if I have two-step authentication, I always have to unlock and then put in the OTP. If I stop to use another app for more than a minute and then go back to LogMeOnce, I’ll find out it signed me put again. Then, the saved passwords are not offered as input in the different apps. This app is useless. There is no extension for Safari IPAD. ### 1/5 — Promises the world! The latest one was the worst yet, a malware scam. The message said “Your phone is infected with a virus. Click here to remove it,”. In case you don’t know, you should never click on one of those. If you do, it will install a virus. It’s seems like the developer is accepting advertising from anyone now, even the worst of the worst. ### 1/5 — No way to recover passwords no sync *2024-12-01, version 8.8.9* They messed up and forgot to add any syncing or any way to recover passwords or notes. The QR function was a feature they removed in I guess the last year and now you can’t sync accounts it says to use the website but they removed any login there it’s entirely app and NOT synced even between Apple devices Today it keeps crashing when I go to notes which had some data I need. Now there’s no way to get it. So it’s lost same for password You’re better off using a simple password you can remember . A hacker will eventually get in to anything usually by social engineering or hacking the organization not your single password but lose your password and you might be permanently locked out. Password managers are great until you can’t get the password and now you have no idea what the secure auto generated one was! ### 1/5 — I can’t get in *2024-09-07, version 8.8.8* I can’t get into the app anymore. I log in and then an ad pops up with no way to cancel the ad. How am I supposed to get in? I need a password so this is very frustrating ### 1/5 — Glitchy, Untrustworthy, Difficult to Use *2023-11-04, version 8.8.6* I honestly feel like this app could be some kind of scam. Many errors while setting it up, excessive requests for permissions (camera, microphone, etc.), decided to delete it pretty much immediately. Difficult to delete, the instructions in their FAQ did not correspond to the interface. I sent a customer support message about it and got an inane reply asking for "the URL" I was referring to(?), like it almost seemed automated and the support service icon had some stock-looking photo of a woman but the reply was from a man. Avoid... ### 1/5 — Login password *2023-08-13, version 8.8.6* When signing up never asked for login password only pin when you login with pin and want to change password and asking for old password which never happened when I signed up what a crap 2ndly why they need email so they can send more junkies to my email ### 1/5 — Use Free version only! Membership is fraud, pure and simple *2022-12-23, version 8.8.3* It’s a really good password app IF YOU ONLY USE THE FREE VERSION. But the moment you sign up for a paid account… your not ever getting that money or passwords back no matter what. There is no option to change membership type once you have a paid subscription. The only upside is the app is really well designed and ACTUALLY works across all platforms which frankly is the only reason I’m even with them. ### 1/5 — Unworkable *2022-10-05, version 8.7.9* Setting up my account, “enter a passcode” - next “confirm your passcode” …. Nothing, can’t even progress through the setup stage. Ain’t nobody got time for that! Just deleted and went with someone else! ### 1/5 — Could not set up *2022-09-01, version 8.7.9* Couldn’t get passed the second time entering number password set up, no next button so couldn’t continue. Guess you ready do get what you pay for👎🏼 ### 1/5 — Hard to set up, will not use *2022-08-29, version 8.7.9* Very fussy on first name entry ( does not ignore trailing white space). Complains about security question answer length even though it is reasonable. Then would not proceed with setup after entering and confirming pin. Obviously poor QA testing here. Deleted the app, will look for a better solution elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Make it Useable Again? *2022-08-19, version 8.7.9* I guess some idiot decided to place the ads in the center of the screen when signing in... Guess where the pin pad is located, that’s right, under the ads in the center of the screen! Truly flawless design choices there. App unusable, no way to login now. It works as a Chrome extension, and an iPad/iPhone app—probably android too—but the point is, I can keep my passwords synched across all devices for easy access.
