## What is LogMog?

LogMog calculates your BMI, daily calorie burn (TDEE), and personalised
macro targets — instantly, privately, and completely free.

No account. No subscription. No cloud. Your numbers stay on your device.

MY NUMBERS
See your complete fitness profile at a glance: goal badge, BMI with a
visual scale and category, calorie target tailored to your goal, and a
full macro breakdown of protein, carbs, and fat.

UPDATE NUMBERS
Adjust your weight, height, age, and activity level using simple sliders.
Pick a goal — Lose Fat, Maintain, or Build Muscle — and every number
recalculates instantly.

TRENDS
Log your weight weekly and watch your BMI and body weight chart over time.
Filter by 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, or all time.

WEEKLY REMINDERS
Optional Sunday notification to remind you to check in and update your
stats as your body changes.

THE MATHS
LogMog uses the Mifflin-St Jeor formula for BMR and TDEE, standard WHO
BMI thresholds, and proven macro splits adjusted for your goal. No
internet connection required — all calculations happen instantly on your
device.

YOUR PRIVACY
