Two big boxes were partialy open when it was delivered. Some contents were missing. Never again will I use this shipping Company. ### 3/5 — Very complicated *2025-06-15, version 3.8.3* I only have less than $900 in 5 transactions made and asking for BSA , it holds for 2 days before they sent my money to the PH , it’s a hustle for me because the BSA requires $3k -$4k before they ask your information. Why I need to give my information and asking my SSN and tin number . I am not applying for a job and they collect over $8.99 when I sent $350+ this is to much since I already do the transaction I think I will not do it again. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and you can really see how hard they work. One of my favorite things about them is that if I ever have a concern, they call me back right away, which is so reassuring. They also have an app that allows you to track your package and get updates, including the name of the delivery person when it arrives. I was really impressed—my boxes always arrive in perfect condition! I've never seen a single one damaged, and that’s something I truly appreciate. Even during the holidays, they work hard to ensure every Balikbayan box is loaded and unloaded properly. Keep up the amazing work, LOGO! I can't help but hope you'll open a branch in Southeast Asia because this is the trustworthy service that Filipinos really need.
