My game froze on level 231.....black screen, nothing. Even after closing it out several times and re opening. So as I have done in the past with other games, I deleted and re downloaded the app again. Since it goes to the cloud, I naturally assumed my games and coins would be saved. NOPE...all gone. Money wasted and very frustrated. I had 2300 in coins...I finished level 230. All gone!! It would be nice to hear from someone on this app, I emailed their customer service area. No luck!!
