Rebuilt Tracking Screen
The active tracking screen has been completely redesigned - live compass rose with heading degrees, GPS accuracy indicator, real-time elevation chart, speed display, and separate walk/rest timers. Everything you need at a glance while you're out on the trail.

Route Navigation
Plan and follow routes directly in the app. View your route on a full-screen map with turn-by-turn leg panels, distance and timing for each leg, and a live position indicator. Leg timers start automatically when you reach the start point.

Share Routes with Nearby LKS Users
Send a saved route directly to another LKS user nearby - no internet required. The app discovers other LKS users via peer-to-peer wireless and lets you send with one tap. The recipient sees who's sending and can accept or decline.

Restore Logs from Website
Accidentally deleted a log? You can now restore your logs from logskeptsimple.com.au directly in the app - restore everything, merge, or pick individual logs.

GPS Improvements
Kalman filtering smooths out GPS noise for more accurate distance and elevation readings. A 1-metre threshold prevents tiny movements from inflating your elevation gain/loss numbers. GPS accuracy gating filters out poor-quality readings while they stabilise.

Improved Log Details
Logs now open with an inline map, elevation chart, and editable name and location. Photos can be added and uploaded directly from the log detail view.

Bug Fixes & Polish
Text size capped for readability on larger accessibility settings. Various upload status, track saving, and layout fixes throughout.

Changes to the saving of tracks, so that you only need to stop the tracking to save your hike, paddle or cycle.
