I really wish it was only the ads for revivals because paying for this game isn’t worth it ### 5/5 — Pretty fun *2018-10-31, version 6.5.4* Unfortunately this app lags if you’re using WiFi/4g because the ads seriously slow it down. You can buy the ad free version, or just go on airplane mode while you play. Another thing is there’s no menu or h，airlines，ome button so you can’t replay levels. Soo I should’ve gotten all the skins by now but the skin that you get when you collect 5 skins won’t upload. It’s a little annoying. 2. This has happened a few times but it's still gotten onto the list: I was killed when I didn’t even touch the color! 3. But the game has a few flaws one of which is that it’s kinda glitchy when I’m going through the slit it’ll freeze and my ball will run into the wall. Which is super irritating when your about to win the level. Also when I do died it’ll ask if I want a extra life and other times it won’t even ask. One last thing is the adds are a little annoying because they play every time you died when you just want to play. I’m okay with some adds but it has more than most games I’ve had so far. I use all my spare time playing it and I ALWAYS try to convince people to download it. I real，airlines，ly recommend men’s getting it. Though it really should be free (meaning not needing to be payed for) because in the add it said it was a free app but when I checked it was on app purchases which it TEALLY shouldn’t be. Contact company twice for help and the response was well be with you shortly. It never happened. ### 1/5 — The old switch and bait! *2018-01-11, version 6.5.3* When I first bought LogTen Pro about four years ago I was promised lifetime support! Now that iOS 11 came out for the update with Apple I am told that I am forced to buy a yearly and expensive subscription if I want to keep my logbook. I have over 10,000 hours that I put into this logbook and now they hold the logbook hostage and unless I pay a yearly fee, in which I have to do for life if I want to keep my logbook! That’s not right and goes against the policy of them saying “lifetime support” with this app. They no longer support the app that I bought!! I will not recommend them to any of my friends in the aviation industry until they change this policy- if ever!! There are plenty of other lock books that I can transfer my numbers over to without having the hassle of an expensive logbook that holds you hostage unless you pay! You get one star for me! I’d give you zero stars if I could! ### 1/5 — Very Disappointing *2017-12-19* I had purchased the previous version of log ten pro. It worked fine and I was completely satisfied. However, it stopped working completely with the latest IOS version. The software developer now has decided to issue a new version, and requires a subscription. In other words, no support for the previous electronic log unless I pay the appropriate subscription fee. No thank you. An electronic log is just not worth the ransom, so I am just going to stick with a paper log from now on. ### 1/5 — iCloud Fail *2014-10-12* Sure the logbook is nice but the iCloud function clearly hasn’t been ironed out. All my limits have been deleted along with my out and in times for every flight entered…Not sure what’s next. Very disappointed. Many hours entering fields lost ! …Should’ve just purchased either for just the iPad or iPhone not both ! Updated - one month after ios8 Been waiting for an update it still nothing. Wifi sync deletes info as well. Extremely disappointedly! ### 1/5 — I agree. Do not buy! *2014-08-24, version 6.5.1* I do have the app and it performs well for what I require. But...the customer service stinks, bordering on non-existant. I submitted a request over a week ago and still no answer. It was a simple question. In the past I have also encountered late and "boilerplate" responses. Based on the customer support, I would vote a no for any of their products. Especially $100 for the Mac app? The only way I would recommend a buy, is if you are willing to live with what you get and have little expectations of support. It is a shame because in the past I can recall pretty good service. Plus it links with ForeFlight Mobile (though I rarely use that feature). I concur with other posts, the company must be on a decline, and/or lost interest in customers and support. ### 1/5 — Do Not Buy!!!! *2014-08-10, version 6.5.1* This app is not worth it! First off you NEED a full Mac to manage the data, especially if you a) want to print out your logbook, for say something like the all important interview and b) to check for errors which again you need to know for an interview. Universal is totally unnecessary. If you had the iPhone version or iPad version you absolutely should NOT buy the Universal, it's a scam. It's the same and syncing the two is a nightmare!! I have spent THREE hours syncing an iPhone 5S and an iPad Air. I had to babysit the sync for THREE HOURS!! And if you don't have a Mac or want to spend at least $1000 on a Mac you cannot look for errors in Logten. It is impossible. Logten logs time but it is not worth it. There have been so many headaches with this app and if you want Coradine to help within a week, forget about it! They get back to you when it's convenient to them. Good luck if you have an interview within 2 weeks! I wish I would have gone with a spreadsheet or Logbook Pro. Do not buy this!!! ### 1/5 — Stay away for now *2014-08-03, version 6.5.1* Opens but then immediately crashes every time on my iPad 3, running latest version of LogTen Universal and iOS 7.1.2. Support took a long time to initially respond, asked me what version I was running, then stopped responding, leaving me apparently stuck with a very expensive, completely useless app. The OSX version I also bought has a lot of issues syncing with iCloud. Not very confidence building so far, considering the importance to me of having a reliable logbook. Hopefully they get these issues sorted out someday, but for now I would have to advise going with something else. ### 1/5 — Worst app support I've ever encountered *2014-06-26, version 6.5.1* The concept is nice, having an app keeping track of your times. But this app doesn't integrate well with the icloud. I'm constantly trying to fix discrepancies between my iPad, iPhone, and mac. Now my iPad version crashes on startup and I can't get it to stay open. Every time I contact the company for support they give me a "we are aware of this issue" response and give me a temporary solution or work around. As of today, the iPad version no longer opens and has become a huge waste of money. I've had this app for 6 months now, and not a single update has been released addressing any of the many bugs, discrepancies, or problems I've submitted to them. They've had plenty of time, in my opinion, to release a temporary bug fix in an update but they haven't even done that nor have they bothered to mention if they're even working on a solution. I've asked them for a refund, and they won't honor it. In the mean time, I've continued to use their app (since I can't get my money back) and it would be nice if I could convert everything I have to another provider. This company has the worst app support I've ever encountered. DO NOT BUY! ### 1/5 — Won't sync *2012-10-23* I would advise everybody not to buy this software if you intend to use both Ipad and iPhone to keep your flying hours synced on both. I have contacted Coradine support and they admit a problem in version 6 with syncing ipad to iPhone. A friend also has a problem with the signatures in version 6. So in summary keep to pen and paper don't buy this until they fix it. ### 2/5 — Was good before iOS 8 *2014-09-21* iCloud sync doesn't work with iOS 8. Didn't notify customers, only a notice on their website. Too late! Now the whole point of syncing with data after a flight is gone! It's not like they didn't know ios 8 was coming! Something about it makes the game not get boring for me. Maybe it's because it is impossible to get stuck on a level. The levels don't really get harder, but I like it. It also needs some updates. More goals to achieve would be great, like the addition of some new skins. Also, it does glitch sometimes. Whatever you do, DO NOT buy the no ads. I accidentally bought it, which was a $3 mistake. All it does is take away the ads, but not the revival ads. You still have to watch them to receive a re，airlines，vive. I don't think that is fair. They should give you a different way to revive if you spend $3 for no ads.
