## What is LojaMi Sales?

Sales App is an internal application built to support field sales operations in distributing digital balance and voucher inventory to agents. Using the Sales App, sales users can: • Top up agent balances directly during field visits • Distribute empty digital vouchers to agents for resale • Register and log in securely as an authorized sales user

Behavioral Changes (Need to Know)

* If the app is completely closed (force close / OS evicted / device restart), the login session will be reset and the user will need to log in again when reopening the app.
* If only switching apps (background) without closing the app, the login session will follow the previous behavior.
