Mixed kebabs are a rip off I’d never order from them again

On 3 separate occasions has to wait over 2 hours for delivery and the food was stone cold. Every time I called I was lied to and told the order was on the way. Only live 8 minutes away, would have collected instead if they told the truth about where the food was.

Such a sham. This app is very slow.

Rang shop but not spoken to politely and no apology.
Food was only just luke warm.

Very disappointed as never experienced this in the past and food was always delicious.

Either they are having a bad day or busy but an explanation would have been nice.
