## What is LokkedIn?

LokkedIn helps you reclaim focus on iPhone and iPad. Create focus blocks that restrict distracting apps and websites using Apple’s Screen Time and Family Controls — so distractions stay blocked until your session ends.

FEATURES
• Instant focus blocks — lock selected apps and categories when you need deep work
• Scheduled sessions — set recurring weekly windows that turn on automatically
• Flexible duration — one hour, several hours, or until a specific end time
• Focus profiles — save named setups (Deep Work, Study, Morning) and start them in one tap
• Supervised focus — a controller account can manage schedules for people who have connected their device
• Progress insights — see blocked time and Screen Time trends for the week

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose apps and categories to block with Apple’s Family Activity picker
2. Start a block now or schedule it for later
3. LokkedIn applies restrictions through system frameworks until the block ends
