للأسف هذه المرة كانت تجربتي معكم مخيبة للآمال. طلبت تعديلًا بسيطًا جدًا وهو تغيير العمر لانه مناسبة ميلاد وهديه لكن تم تنفيذ الطلب بشكل خاطئ وكتابة الملاحظة نفسها على الكيكة بدل تنفيذها، ووصلت الهدية بهذه الصورة إلى صاحبة المناسبة، مما سبب لي إحراجًا كبيرًا وأفسد المناسبة بالكامل.
تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء وأوضحت أن الخطأ من قبلكم، لكن للأسف كان الرد: “ما عندنا حل.” واضطررت إلى طلب كيكة جديدة على حسابي الخاص حتى أتدارك الموقف.
الأخطاء واردة، لكن عدم تحمل المسؤولية وعدم تقديم أي حل أو تعويض هو ما يفقد العميل ثقته. بهذه الطريقة أنتم لا تخسرون قيمة طلب واحد فقط، بل تخسرون ثقة العميل وولاءه، لأن العميل قد ينسى الخطأ، لكنه لن ينسى طريقة التعامل معه.

كنت أتوقع من متجر بحجم Lola أن يحرص على رضا عملائه ويحافظ على سمعته، لكن ما حدث كان مخيبًا للآمال

Dear Customer Service,

I am extremely disappointed with my first order from your company.

The cake was delivered in an unacceptable condition, as clearly shown in the attached photos. It has visible cracks, poor finishing, and an overall appearance that does not reflect the quality promised by your brand. This cake was ordered for a special occasion, and receiving it in this state was both embarrassing and frustrating.

To make matters worse, the delivery was delayed, causing me to waste my time waiting and creating unnecessary stress before the event.

I paid for a professionally made celebration cake, but what I received was far below acceptable standards. The product delivered does not match the quality expected for the price paid.

I am requesting a full refund for the cake or appropriate compensation for the poor product quality, delayed delivery, and the inconvenience caused.

As a first-time customer, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly.

I look forward to your urgent response.

تخيلوا طلبت كيكة و جايبين لي اياها بخط معفن ما كأنه خط محل كيكة ومو نفس الصورة اللي حاطينها في الويب سايت و لما قلت لهم قالوا والله نفس اللي طلبتيه ذا طلبك؟ 😐 اوكي طلبي سووه بخط يد مو خط رجل؟ اغرب شي شفته لا و بعد التوصيل حطيته من ٣-٥ جابوه لي من ٢:٢٥؟

للأسف تجربة سيئة جداً. الكيك اللي وصلني لا يمتّ بصلة للصورة المعروضة في التطبيق، اختلاف واضح بالشكل والتنسيق لدرجة اني انحرجت قدام الحضور في مناسبة عيد ميلاد.

المشكلة مو بس في الجودة، بل في المصداقية. العميل يطلب بناءً على صورة معروضة، مو على توقعات. لو كان فيه اختلاف طبيعي كان المفروض يتم التنبيه قبل التنفيذ، مو أكتشفه وقت المناسبة.

تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء وكان الرد أن الطلب سُلّم “كما طُلب”، وبعدها اعطوني كوبون ورفع شكوى! بصراحة تعويض غير منطقي مقابل موقف محرج في مناسبة خاصة

أنصح أي شخص ناوي يطلب منهم يتأكد من الكيك والمندوب موجود قبل ما يمشي، عشان ما ينحط في نفس الموقف.

أتمنى يحسنون الجودة والمصداقية لأن السمعة تبنى من أول تجربة
