Cuando te contactas te repiten el mensaje “no cobertura, no cobertura”, pedi mi rembolso pero no preguntes sobre él porqué solo contestan se ve en tu estado de cuenta, -cuánto tarda? Te hacen quedar mal. La atención al cliente es sumamente Pésima! El repartidor marca como “Entregado” tu paquete y no llega nada. Luego llega dos horas más tarde de lo que programaste. No entiendo entonces para qué se asigna un horario. Para comunicarte por ayuda con alguien sólo hay un chat que contesta un robot y si mandas correo de asistencia solo te responden “ya me aparece que lo entregaron”. Evidentemente escribí porque no había llegado y necesito apoyo.
