This is a sales app, not an app for your trip ### 5/5 — Edwardo is the best driver ever! *2022-09-23, version 2.2.2* Edwardo picked us up from Atelier Playa Mujeres this morning. Due to some local car accidents and traffic, he took us on a different route to the airport and we talked about resorts all the way. He was educational and so friendly. I really enjoyed our ride and even learned quite a bit. We loved his happy demeanor and as always we appreciate Lomas Travel and your professionalism. I will continue to use you as my top transfer company in Cancun! I couldn’t be anymore please with the staff a Lomas Travel to and from the airport and hotel. Special thanks to Juan Valdez the rep at the Hard Rock Hotel. Not only was very attentive but very professional. He made sure we were accommodated and double and triple checked our times and communicated with us until the proper transportation arrived. Thank you Juan from Ryan & Charlotte! As for as leaving also a special thanks to the staff member for making sure we were all checked in. If we ever come back to Mexico Lomas will be the only service we choose for transportation. Cancun was an awesome experience with LOMAS by our side. Riu palace peninsula had there services in house to help with transfers and excursions. High recommend for added security . Big thanks to the LOMAS family! ### 5/5 — Great service by Lomas *2018-06-04, version 2.1.1* My wife and I were staying at Riu Palace Riviera Maya. On June 1 Lomas was driving us to the Cancun airport at 1 pm. 30 minutes into a 45 minute trip the driver got a call and told me that we had left our passports at the hotel, A travelers nightmare. Lomas plus our hotel staff was instrumental in getting a taxi to drive our passports to the airport. When we go to the airport we had to wait about 40 minutes for the taxi to arrive with our passports. During that time the Lomas guys at the airport were in phone contact with the cab driver giving us updates on when he would arrive at the airport. Thank you Lomas airport guys.
