Come on Zuti, it wouldn’t take much work to extend the area of the mapping ### 2/5 — no recent uodates *2018-05-28, version 4.0* Still out of date e.g. 15 goes from outsideCharing Cross now, not Regent Street. No point updating for a new OS without updating the content. I didn't use the buses in London until I got this. Some routes like the 203 aren't even in the bus route list as the whole route is off the map. It's a pain for finding live bus info. Far too many clicks and then you have to type in the stop reference number. Other apps like Next Bus far better for live info. It automatically selects your bus stop if you're there. Doesn't deserve 5* ### 5/5 — Nice one *2012-04-07, version 1.6* The map of London is good, and my favourite bit is the link to tfl live bus link. I now know when the bus is coming to the stop outside my house. And it is free!!! Sometimes it does display the route on the map, sometimes not. The instructions for use don't seem to match what I see on the screen. If it did work as advertised it would be a really useful app. Have now abandoned this after finding that it is not being updated as bus routes change. Works offline, and includes street map with bus stand positions nicely laid out. Relied on it exclusively for all bus information during recent visit to London. Planned with it ahead of time, and used it to change plans in real time. Worked perfectly, except for one bus change at Euston station (going from British Museum to Madam Tussaud's) that I just couldn't figure out. ### 5/5 — Fantastically good! *2016-03-03* I can't say enough about this. Not only is it one of the clearest and most information-rich maps available - and I have several London mapping apps of different strengths on my iPad - , but the ease of use and comprehensiveness of the bus routes provided is just amazingly good. Wonderful work by the app developers! An ongoing treasure to me while I've been in London and continually useful when planning future visits and routes to events and places. Immediately offers alternatives to simple 'take the tube' route planning. ### 5/5 — Excellent App *2015-04-18* Use this while in London on holiday for three days. Saved us a lot of time, very easy to use. I would just find subway stations close to our origination and destination and use that for the start and stop stations on the app. Would not have been able to use the bus without it. ### 5/5 — Worked wonderfully *2014-01-11* This was my fourth ever trip to London, but the first time I ever made much use of the bus system. This app was the reason. Worked great, and the ability to plan routes while offline was especially important for me not having a local phone. This app was a great help during our visit, since in many cases if we had the time we would take bus routes instead of underground so we could see more of the city. Pros: Turn on location to find out where you were. Shows nearest bus stop Shows bus services including time between buses We would choose where we were going to, then find out how long it would take by bus. (In many cases we would use the subways map to find similar travel time and decide then if we wanted to save time by underground, or see more of the city using a bus. It probably meant we used busses much more than we would have otherwise, since in many cases the times weren't too different.) And, does this all offline! Cons: The app takes a bit of time to figure out. Once you do it's trivial. The map isn't fully detailed, missing minor street names. Not a big deal to me, since I also had a highly detailed offline map app that also had wiki articles on many of the sites around us. I'll give it 5 stars since I can't choose 4.75. Summary Great app for London tourist, along with the related underground app from the same company. This company is my first choice for transit maps for any other cities I visit. Am currently using their paris metro map, but didnt see a Paris bus map. ### 5/5 — A London Tourist Savior. *2013-05-01* Used this app several times a day to get round London. Calculates a quick and accurate "from here to there" trip, or gives you an list of what buses pass by a designated stop and can display where there route from that point on. I also found the "show me where I am" function very very useful, especially when trying to fin which way to walk to find the bust stop I want, but I also found it useful to track where the bus is once I was on board. I recommend this app to anyone travelling in London.
