## What is London Bus Watch?

Just buses, no nonsense.

Bus Watch does one thing. It shows the bus stops around you, when the next buses are due, and whether you have actually got time to walk there before one goes. It is not a journey planner and it is not trying to be an everything app.

STOPS NEAR YOU

Your nearest stops on the map and in a list, with walking times, so you know whether to walk, run, or whether it does not matter anyway. Tap a stop and see what is coming.

NO STARING DOWN THE ROAD

Every route serving your stop, where each one is heading, and when the next bus is due. Live data from Transport for London, the same feed the countdown signs at the stop are reading.

THREE MINUTES WALKING, BUS IN FIVE

Bus Watch compares the walk to your stop with when your bus is due, and tells you plainly whether you will make it or whether you are cutting it fine. Too late for that one? It names the bus you can catch instead.

Set a reminder and get a nudge when it is time to leave. Do be careful if you run for it.

BECAUSE IT IS LONDON

Two buses on the same route turning up together? Bus Watch spots the bunching and warns you about the gap that usually follows. And when a bus quietly vanishes from the arrivals board, it notices that too.

ON YOUR WRIST

Nearby stops and live arrivals on Apple Watch, at a size you can read at a glance. Big night out, big crowds in the West End, raining sideways: look at your watch instead of getting your phone out.

PRIVACY

Your location is used to find the stops near you. Those coordinates are sent to Bus Watch's own server to look the stops up, and are not recorded there. There is no account to create and nothing to sign into, so there is nothing for any of it to be attached to, and Bus Watch does not track you around London.

Bus arrival data is provided by Transport for London. Bus Watch and App Bakery are not affiliated with nor endorsed by Transport for London.
