I have repeatedly been locked out of my account, specifically for the pharmacy side. It seems highly risky to try and combine two completely different apps into one. Separate these and focus on making the pharmacy side reliable. ### 1/5 — Absolutely useless *2026-07-05, version 5.13.0* The *only* reason I even bothered downloading this app was to make refilling my prescriptions easier. But instead of just being able to enter the information off my latest refill, it asked for a photograph. And then I couldn’t upload the photo. Completely useless. Deleted. ### 1/5 — Overly complex *2026-06-19, version 5.12.3* You need to make extras, your incentive to shop a lot easier. Your system is stupid. ### 1/5 — Painful authentication. *2026-06-19, version 5.12.3* App is fine but the logging on is cumbersome especially after not logging in for a while. It won’t even install! Non intuitive, only useful for points, and painful at that. A bit of a joke. Painful login and just what the heck is this? Do you get the computer department at a slower store to make this app at home? Right here in the app store, app shows it collects tracking info that is used across other apps and sites, so they share data about you. App is also painful and logging in is also painful.
