Horrendous delivery! Too many times paper did not show up. When I did call the FP I sometimes got our delivery. Yesterday I phoned at 8:00 am and was told that I should receive a paper within 3 hours, if not call again. I did so again and was told that my issue had been registered but still no paper. Customer service is in the toilet and heading to the sewer.
