Can someone explain why this is or I will try and somehow get my money back and report this! ### 2/5 — Did work well, but not now *2013-05-18* Same problem for me - I bought LGW for LGW (obviously), and since one of the recent updates LGW information itself no longer works. It does however work on iPad. The various options and upgrades need explaining better - I assumed LGW had stopped because I needed to upgrade something. I dread to think how many other airports don't appear either. Also agree with previous comment - the moving planes on the arrivals/departure boards are irritating to say the least and in my view are unnecessary. The 'computer' graphics typeface is also difficult to read. There is no help tab anywhere in this app which would be useful as things happen for which there is no explanation.....ie why are the names of some uk airports scrolling from right to left? What does that mean? THE FREE APP SHOWS YOU A NICE PAGE THAT YOU COULD HAVE IF YOU PAID UP. When you pay up, you get no information whatsoever, except union flags pasted on a map indicating vaguely where airports are. I threw away six quid on this scam because I urgently needed to know about a Gatwick departure. I have now got my money back from App Store, or iTunes or whoever it is in this mess. App Store say it can't police what's on its site and prospective purchasers must rely entirely on peer review. Very disappointing. As of this morning (4 days later) it is now updated and working well and looks a good app, but of course I've missed the opportunity to try it out in anger. Although I was extremely unimpressed at the time to have bought an app that did not work at all, I think reviewers should be careful when using words like "scam". Clearly the developers had some problems but I'd like to think they got them fixed as soon as was possible.
