The latest version of our mobile banking app makes it easier than ever to access your credit union accounts on the go. It includes all the features you would expect, including: • View latest balances on your membership, savings and loan accounts • Transfer money instantly between credit union accounts • Pay your bills or pay money to family, friends or another account you own • View and manage your monthly salary deduction • Securely message our support team Mobile banking is available to any London Mutual member. • If this is your first time using mobile banking, you will need to register as a first-time user the first time you install and open the app. This process confirms your ID and sets up your login details. • If you used the previous version of the app, simply log in using the same log in details, or use the ‘Lost your login details’ link on the sign in screen. What do I need to register? To register for the first time, you will need to be able to receive a text on the mobile number you gave us when you joined the Credit Union. Faster transfers can be delayed sometimes by a few hours especially night/early hours. 2 factor text anytime money attempts to be sent/transfered making it secure. In app chat service typically 24hr response time. If stuck the call centre are helpful if you are calling working hours inc SAT 9-1 I think. App will only show you previous 10 transactions & pending. Option to use finger/Face ID if preferred/compatible. Overall it’s a good app for a small non high st banking service. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2023-02-27, version 11.0.0* The app does not let me withdraw money from my savings account or even add payee ### 1/5 — Nightmare bank & App! *2022-12-02, version 11.0.0* I have never yet been able to log into my account first time! Always displays the same “ mobile banking is temporarily unavailable “ !!!!
