This is the same rubbish when I tried to setup online banking I gave up in the end. Now it’s the same thing with the app. Filled out the form and as usual with LM there is a problem “contact System Operator” it’s telling me. Why is nothing ever straight forward with you guys at LM I suggest you get grown ups to manage the online system. I now have to go back to the bank. ### 1/5 — Rubbish App *2020-08-11, version 10.0.0* Still trying to log in to London mutual new App, I’ve been with them for years same password etc, new App comes along I can’t log in phoned up and emailed the support team MJ not saying your full name I did what you told me to try, I downloaded the App again and guess what still can’t log in when I put in My Birth D in and go to continue it comes off ? I do know my own date of birth . A message then comes up at the top saying- Internal error contact stystem administrator. I sent a email explaining this to the support team to MJ who sent the email and who I spoke to on the phone explaining how to log in that was over 2, weeks ago, I have not received a email back or phone call regarding this problem. I have deleted your rubbish App. Very disappointed customer .ps rate from me is 0 ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2020-07-25, version 10.0.0* Newly updated and already locked me out of my account with the same details I’ve been using for years!! 🤬 London mutual have always lagged behind its competitors, and this app shows just that. ### 1/5 — Absolutely DIRE *2020-05-25, version 9.2* This app is extremely basic, the login in password and transaction password feature is very annoying. Also I updated the other day and now I cannot see when I login. I realised that it was because I was using dark mode on iOS 13 which I have used since dark mode was introduced. ### 1/5 — Amateur Banking App *2019-12-23, version 4.1* I joined a credit union as an alternative to a bank. The app would often display ‘cannot open logged on on another device’. Now it won’t open at all and says app not responding. Been like that for more than a week. When I contacted customer support the Tech people don’t speak good English and said they could reset my password. So no online banking facilities for a charge of £10.30 a month. ### 1/5 — Trouble logging in *2019-08-13, version 4.0* I haven’t been able to log into my account in my months. A message always pops up that I’m logged into another device when I’m not. Always displays the same “ mobile banking is temporarily unavailable “ !!!! Takes around 12 attempts, if I’m lucky… Just all round worst bank ever, my wife banks with Natwest, no comparison, a real bank as opposed to a toy bank! ### 1/5 — Very bad upgrade to App *2021-12-29, version 10.0.0* Does not work or let you move between accounts easily. Website now requires a code to be texted to my phone for any online transactions, despite numerous attempts pincode still wont send to mobile. Please sort it out because it shouldn’t be this much hassle to get at my own money! ## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Does the basics *2025-03-02, version 12.0.0* Recent update to app allows “card management” however just keeps loading and doing nothing. Faster transfers can be delayed sometimes by a few hours especially night/early hours. 2 factor text anytime money attempts to be sent/transfered making it secure. In app chat service typically 24hr response time. If stuck the call centre are helpful if you are calling working hours inc SAT 9-1 I think. App will only show you previous 10 transactions & pending. Option to use finger/Face ID if preferred/compatible.
