### 2/5 — Requirement to use pass in consecutive days is unaccomodating

*2023-05-30*

I wasn’t aware my 2 day pass must be used in consecutive days. I had already scheduled a tour while in London that restricted my ability to use the pass in consecutive days, which essentially resulted in my losing the 2nd day of the pass I purchased for my wife and I. I feel that we were ripped off.

**Developer response:** Hello, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're very sorry to hear you were unable to use your pass on the 2nd day. As our goal is to always provide the best experience possible, we'd like to review your order. Are you able to connect with us via Live Chat? ### 2/5 — Only focus on London Pass!

*2023-04-06*

Not everything you want to see is ON the pass!

You can build itinerary, but not map it nor overlay the bus/tube stations to GET THERE…

Can NOT add items to itinerary that are not on the pass list… like Covent Gardens or other attractions/locations.

**Developer response:** Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to review us. We're very sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied with The London Pass. Our goal is to always provide the best experience possible. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly take your comments on board.

### 1/5 — No longer accepted at the places worth seeing

*2021-12-17, version 6.6.13*

This pass is not worth it anymore, the War Rooms are not included anymore even though there are plenty of sources online that say they are. Most of the items listed are cheap enough that you can pay for them individually or they’re free. What a waste of time and money. Save yourself the trouble.

### 1/5 — London tours

*2021-09-04, version 6.6.10*

The day we went to London they updated the app and broke it. At lease the QR code worked but lost all info and itinerary info.

### 1/5 — Poor, poor customer service

*2021-01-21, version 6.6.2*

If you are in the United States, it is impossible to get in touch with them over the phone. Their Covid refund policy is nonexistent. If you buy a pass and your trip is canceled due to Covid, you were out of luck

### 1/5 — Won’t synch my pass!

*2020-02-09, version 6.4.1*

It won’t synch my pass!

### 1/5 — Skip The Line? No Dice

*2020-01-03, version 6.3.2*

This pass is not worth the money or time. Said we could skip lines at attractions? Jokes. We skipped NO LINES & go NO BENEFIT!

### 1/5 — ABSOLUTELY USELESS

*2019-11-29, version 6.3.0*

I ordered London Pass before arriving in the UK.
I followed the prompts to enter both the reference number and the verification code; the screen no longer returns to the green cover of the app and it states that it is already verified.
DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO THIS!!!
£109.00 given away with zero return!!

### 1/5 — this app horriblysucks

*2019-08-06, version 6.0*

this app horriblysucks

### 2/5 — Updated version

*2019-07-24, version 6.0*

The app before the latest update was extremely easy to use and navigate through. The new way makes it complicated to understand what you are getting with your purchase of the pass.

### 1/5 — Wrong directions

*2019-07-23, version 6.0*

Several of the attraction direction links are wrong. Had us walk half way across Tooley st and to Druid and the attraction was back the other way.

### 1/5 — New version, old FAQ

*2019-07-23, version 6.0*

No way to share a pass or add to Apple Wallet as FAQ claims. I guess a screenshot might work? We will see....

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2019-07-22, version 6.0*

Not only is the app worthless, so is the pass. You have to stand in an hour line for every attraction even though you already bought your ticket and a bus driver refused to let me on because he didn’t have a scanner for the type of ticket.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Do not trust

*2023-02-17, version 6.6.19*

Went to the gin beefeater distillery and were told that they have not accepted London pass in over a year

### 1/5 — Pass is a waste. You cannot make reservations at most places. Big scam.

*2022-12-28, version 6.6.18*

Big waste of money. Key things like Churchill War Rooms require reservations, but you can use your London Pass and reservations. Very disappointed. Save your money and just book everything individually.

### 1/5 — Reservation request not honored

*2022-11-21, version 6.6.17*

After specify close to $500, no response to a single reservation request

Very poor customer service :(

### 1/5 — I am think get a refund.

*2022-10-13, version 6.6.17*

The London pass not very worthy. Most attractions are not very attractive. It said we can email to 30+ sights tour to get a reservation. I emailed 5 times 12 hours ago. I haven’t got even one email back! Once I booked View from Shard. If I want to change, They will charge 15 Euro to change a reservation. What a joke!

### 1/5 — App keeps crashing

*2022-07-04, version 6.6.14*

Every time I try to open the map the app crashes

### 1/5 — Not easy to use

*2022-06-03, version 6.6.14*

Reservations are a nightmare

### 1/5 — Making reservations is difficult and understanding when to use the pass is unclear

*2022-05-27, version 6.6.14*

I wanted to reserve a bus tour and it was very difficult to make a reservation. I went to make the reservation and discovered I had to send an email to the operator. Even though there was room if I wanted to make the reservation online the operator declined my reservation when I sent the email. This is unacceptable.

### 1/5 — False advertising

*2022-05-16, version 6.6.14*

Be careful, the promoters lead you to believe certain attractions are included, but they are not. Not included is Wimbledon Tennis Museum and Churchill War Room.

### 1/5 — Good luck

*2022-04-05, version 6.6.13*

When the screen goes black as you stand in line to enter a promised attraction, that is an unannounced sign you must reboot your iPhone and try again so the app will update itself. A piss-poor app for sure.

### 1/5 — Won’t connect

*2021-12-30, version 6.6.13*

Entire rest of my phone connected to the internet fine. Tried restarting app and phone multiple times. This app does not function.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Setting up

*2022-11-28, version 6.6.17*

So easy to set up!

### 5/5 — Friendly and very informative! Tiffany was great!!!

*2020-02-20, version 6.4.1*

Glad we did this tour.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2019-10-13, version 6.0.3*

App worked really well, got us in to all the places we wanted to go, including the hop on hop off bus with Golden Tours!

### 5/5 — Absolutely Perfect

*2019-09-17, version 6.0.3*

I spent two days in London and so I hoped to see several major attractions in that time. London Pass was just perfect for that. I saved quite a bit of money doing it this way, and it worked flawlessly everywhere I went.

I would highly recommend using this app. I was a bit concerned about the low ratings, but I think a large majority of people download the app and are pleased with their experience, and then just delete it once they leave London. I saw lots of people using the London Pass app at the entrance of each attraction and never saw any hiccups. So I’d advise everyone to go with this app so you have everything you need from tickets to tips for each attraction right on your phone! I’m very happy with this whole experience!

### 5/5 — App worked as advertised

*2018-12-18, version 2.4.4*

I was a little hesitant using this app based on the previous reviews, however the app worked great for me.

Used it at 12 attractions and didn’t face any issues. A few of the attractions even had separate lines for London pass holders.

I suggest to take a screen shot of your pass (the qr code). The London pass tracks location to send you offer and for map so it drains your phone battery.

### 5/5 — Worked well for me!

*2018-10-21, version 2.4.4*

The London pass is great if you want to see a lot in a little time! I spent one day in London hopping from attraction to attraction and this saved me about £50. The app worked well enough, but could be improved or eliminated in favor of just sending a direct email containing the QR code.

### 4/5 — App worked well for June 2018 trip

*2018-07-01, version 2.4.4*

Used app on iPhone 7 and all worked well. Bugs may have been fixed or just worked well on my platform. I downloaded tickets prior to arriving in London and screen shot them just in case I had any problems. I also printed receipt from email for backup. However all worked in London and allowed us to see many things in a 3 day period without worry of tickets or lines. My only issue was the London Pass did not accurately tell us that Westminster Abbey was closed on day we planned to see it. Also, due to the Jubilee a few places were closed —there should be a rain check system in place if this occurs in which certain locations are extended one day after activation if there is a closure. I’m sure an algorithm could be created to address this problem. It requires detailed personnel to check status of each location each day and log it into system.

### 3/5 — Itinerary

*2022-06-11, version 6.6.14*

The London Pass site allows you to like venues you want to visit and add them to an itinerary but then I can’t figure out how to get back to the itinerary I created.

The Churchill War Room does not come up when searching the London Pass app but I have seen multiple comments or people who used their LP to get in. This is confusing.

### 3/5 — Good, but glitchy and slow

*2021-11-04, version 6.6.12*

The app doesn’t update in the background, so when you open it it takes a few moments for it to update. Best to do this before you leave your hotel, so that way you’re not holding up the line (queue) at whatever attractions you’re visiting that day. I ended up taking a screenshot and just using that. It would be awesome if the passes could be added to Apple Wallet.

### 2/5 — Needs work

*2023-07-09*

The app looks user friendly but not really. You can select favorites but it doesn’t always show up. Not sure how to go directly there. I have to go back and forth with google maps to see what else is in the area I’m visiting. There is a general map but it’s of everything and if you only have a day, that’s not really helpful.

Also, there is no map of your ‘favorites’ to see how much time it will take from place to place or if places are in the same vicinity. Same issue with creating your itinerary. I think the app could be better!

**Developer response:** Hello, Thanks so much for taking the time to provide this feedback. We really appreciate it. We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the App and will certainly take your comments on board. Our goal is to always provide the best experience possible.

Warm Regards,
Go City
