It saves my time. I can check when the next bus is coming and either hurry to the bus stop or walk leisurely🙂. Thank you for developing such a helpful app! Makes life a lot easier! ### 5/5 — More reliable then google *2022-03-03* I’ve used this app for around 4 years, it has almost never failed me. Made it on time to important interviews and appointments thanks to this app. They used to show live busses approaching stops which was incredibly helpful, please bring that back. ### 4/5 — Takes a couple minutes to figure out *2021-02-08* Took me a few minutes to figure out that the stops I want to favorite are my usual departure points, and that the map is only really needed to pinpoint them. Does the app have notifications for late arrivals due to mechanical failure/weather/etc.? Didn't notice if there is. Otherwise the app looks fine. It is very inconsistent. Buses do not show up half the time. LTC is just awful all around. ### 1/5 — Poor *2023-09-06* App glitches, bus times are not accurate ### 1/5 — WORST *2022-12-02* Buses in London Transit are often delayed or sometimes canceled. You may have to wait more than 40 minutes on the road. It's not unusual, and people in this city just seem to accept it, but it's the worst bus company I've ever had. This application is not aware of any delays or cancellations of buses. Whose fault do you think it is, lazy bus companies or stupid apps? ### 1/5 — Autopilot not working *2022-08-23* My autopilot doesn’t work on my iPhone app. I can’t select location and no way to do so either. Not impressed. Would like to fix this problem so I can use the map to get around. **Developer response:** You have to give location permission. It's anonymous. I don't have any use for a random strangers location. ### 1/5 — LTC live *2021-03-16* It’s ok but I have to type in where I am all the time it should automatically find my location and it’s said bus would come at a certain time and it didn’t. That’s all! Otherwise it’s great! **Developer response:** If you hit the my location button to the left of the stop number/name the app will ask for your location and then find you :) ### 3/5 — Great *2021-06-16* Great app but recently my favourite stops Arnt there even though the stops are still marked as favourites **Developer response:** Thanks for your review. I think what's happening is the LTC occasionally moves stop numbers around, and the app stores your favourites with stop numbers, so it can mess things up. Can you try re-adding those favourites? ### 3/5 — Most convenient and accurate LTC app *2020-12-07, version 1.0.7* The layout of the map is wonderful and extremely helpful. My favourite part is the ability to rotate and zoom out which is a nightmare with other apps. I just really wish that my chosen stops would stop I unsaving because it makes it less efficient when I have to go into every bus number and add it every morning and then do it again for each 40 of the busses with no option to select all. ### 4/5 — Needs more work *2024-05-23* There are few flaws with the app. Firstly, the app doesn’t show multiple buses with different colors. Secondly, the app doesn’t allow me to plan routs as it always shows buses from my current location, not from any different location. Lastly, when I was navigating for bus stop closest to my location, it was incorrect. Showed me the farthest one. I live in Byron.
