### 1/5 — Can’t plan a custom route

OK interface, but regardless of the stations I enter, the starting station is always the same (one that I have never entered before), and it even adds “StubHub!” to the name. It almost looks like as if it is hacked.

Reinstalled 3 times. It either crashes when looking for a station or you get a spinning circle for ever and never finds a route. Useless. Can I rate it 0 stars?

### 3/5 — Even giving  feedback is annoying

This app is somehow missing the intuitive feel that I had expected. Trying to find a route took me down awkward tangents and options I struggled to understand what I was up meant to do. I know the tube from previous years of experience and yet I ended up having to ask AI to confirm what I already knew but couldn’t see or do what I thought the app was designed for.
