...die Auswahl der Sprachen ist leider bescheiden. Als deutschsprachiger London-Besucher leider weniger gut geeignet.
Ein sehr gutes Beispiel für eine deutschsprachige Audiotour ist und bleibt das Angebot von 'Globe2go' - da dieses aber nicht als App erhältlich ist, gibt es an dieser Stelle auch keinen direkten Vergleich.

Wenn das Angebot von 'Pocket Guide' noch erweitert wird, dieses betrifft nicht den Zukauf von einzelnen Audiotouren innerhalb der App, sondern das Basisangebot und die Sprachauswahl für die Audiotouren, dann gibt es auch mehr Sterne.

Momentan gibt es drei (3) Sterne von mir. Simpel gesagt: "Mehr Sprachen, mehr Sterne."

Although the app itself is free, NONE of the "tours" are free.

This means it is inaccurately described on the appstore, because unless you buy one of the tours ( ranging in price from 2- 5 €) then the app itself is useless as it comes with no content.

 All tour information must be bought.  Avoid unless you want to pay for a "free" app.

The tours aren't free. How has this managed to get more than one or two stars? I think that somebody is fiddling the ratings.

Really great idea but several bugs.  Little use for offline traveling. My iPhone is on Sprint network and didn't work in London so i had to use this in wifi mode. When it launches, it immediately starts playing audio files which can be annoying if you launch it in a quiet location. It doesn't remember your preferences so turning off the audio doesn't work. Lastly, the trip i did record disappeared on the next app update so the photos and gps points are gone.  What a bummer, i wanted to explore exporting that and sharing it with friends and family.  If they can work thru some of the bugs, it is an awesome idea, with great maps and information.

Great app! Easy simple to use to get around and find places of interest and to know the prices of attractions before going is very helpful.
