Hi, 
Whilst it stipulates it’s IOS 12 compatible and it lets you download the App, when I tried the App it just gives a you brief black screen before going back to ‘home’ view. In terms of problem solving I have repeatedly tried to uninstall, install etc and over a few days to no avail. Moreover, I found the same issue with the developers only other App - SafeTCard- Categorically, the App is not configured, aligned etc to IOS 12, which, unfortunately, is the limit in terms of the last supported IOS for the IPhone 5s.
