From it kicking you out of your game continuously, especially when you’re in a bonus round, to the home page switching between freezing and/or blinking like a strobe light! I put up with the frustration because I really love the site and the games. I was hoping that this new app was gonna solve all my problems, so I was really pretty surprised when I downloaded the app and signed in that the first thing that happened was my homepage froze and started blinking! Hopefully Lonestar, you get these glitches worked out quickly. Otherwise, there wasn’t really any reason to create an app because it has the same problems as the website. I’ve also had an increasingly amount of problems from the app, from not loading, glitching, to just not responding. Majority of the time it’s slow at loading or responding to button presses. Especially trying to exit a game. I have to spam the back button. When I attempted to redeem my balance, my identity verification failed. The verification process instructed me to contact support to request another verification review, which I did on July 25. I never received a response. Afterward, I completed the verification process again through the verification provider, yet my account was still permanently deactivated. I then received an email stating that the decision was “final,” my account would remain closed, and only $164.97 of my purchases would be refunded, while the remainder of my redeemable balance would not be paid. The email did not address why my request for another verification review was never answered or whether my later successful verification was ever considered. My biggest issue isn’t just the outcome—it’s the lack of communication and the fact that I followed the instructions I was given but never received the promised review. I hope the company improves its customer support and gives customers a fair opportunity to resolve verification issues before permanently closing their accounts. UPDATE: The developer responded to my review asking me to contact support, which gave me the impression they wanted to resolve the issue. I contacted them again as requested, only to receive essentially the same answer I had already been given. I specifically asked for another verification attempt or a manual review of my documents/account, especially since I successfully verified my identity through the third-party verification service they use. Neither option was provided. At this point, their public response to my review feels more like an attempt to appear willing to help than an actual effort to resolve my issue. I followed their request and contacted them again, but nothing changed. Still a one-star review. I’ve redeemed with Lonestar before. They’re legit. My problem is when I try to play a game (on website & app) my game will close out and take me back to the homepage. And I don’t get to play the games I would like. And yes, before you ask, I’ve cleared my cache, cookies, and even my history to no avail. Can you please fix this problem Lonestar?
