The app is slow and the reward system is lame with a simple “$5 off your order” not cutting it, there’s no view menu option and the app is sloppy

Didn’t know about the rewards until at the counter paying so quickly tried to sign up to get the points for our $260 order but typed in my email wrong as I was in a rush. Been trying to get hold of customer support to change the email attached to my member number so I can verify my account and keep claiming points with our purchases to no avail. Poor setup if you cant even get a reply email after 4 weeks.
