They take car washing fee of 300/- but the car was not washed. They also collect early morning pickup/ delivery fee of 200/-. Also, at the time of total payment, you’ll be shown an extra fee of around 3-5% on total bill which is mentioned as platform payment charges. There is deposit - for some cars, you have to keep RC & Bike, for some laptop with charger, or 10K deposit. It’s not 0 deposit for all, again it’s owner of the car who decides there. These are the hidden fees which we aren’t aware. But other than that, everything is smooth ! ### 3/5 — Terrible Experience – Unprofessional & Money-Minded Company *2025-08-01, version 2.0.52* I had one of the worst experiences with Longdrive Cars. I rented a car for 1 month but had to return it one week early. That means over RM10,000 worth of rental was unused. When I requested a partial refund, the staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to help. No transparency, no respect, and absolutely no customer service. But cars are not in good condition. When you book a good condition car automatically they will cancel that the car is not available. Then you will get the bad condition car or worst car. You have to continue with that car wipers won’t work if you go 50kmph the car will get vibrating you will get irritated. Highly recommend her and the team at Long Drive Cars! ### 5/5 — Worst Experience Ever with Long Drive Cars *2025-07-06* I had a terrible experience with Long Drive Cars when I rented a Toyota Glanza for a one-day trip. The car was in very poor condition right from the start. The front bumper was already damaged and held together by cheap plastic welding, which clearly showed the company’s poor maintenance practices. Thankfully, we were cautious and recorded detailed photos and videos of the car before pickup, including the damaged bumper. However, just 60–70 km into our ride, the bumper came off completely. We immediately contacted Long Drive’s support team. Their manager assured us over the phone that the bumper was already broken and that there was nothing to worry about. We continued the ride based on this confirmation. But when we returned the car, the nightmare began. The team denied everything and started blaming us for the bumper damage, demanding ₹7500! We showed them all the evidence — photos, videos, chats, and even the call history with the manager. Shockingly, they dismissed it all, saying the manager was off duty and unavailable. Their behavior was unprofessional and clearly meant to trap customers into paying for pre-existing damages. They gave us two unacceptable options: Pay ₹7500, or Fix the bumper ourselves and pay extra hourly rent for keeping the car — all for something that wasn’t even our fault. To make it worse, the staff and manager spoke very rudely and showed no sense of responsibility or customer service. Unfortunately i had worst experience. I booked a 5 seater on 3rd May. App made me to complete the whole booking amount. I paid and received car details and pickup location. While driving on bike (was asked to submit my bike in exchange for car) to pick up the car i received a call from Long Drive cars executive that car booking has been cancelled because car met with minor accident. Then I requested for refund. But executive gave another option and car is available 12 km away from my place. Due to my urgency i paid extra around 700 in the app (because the new car is costly ). And I was asked to contact owner directly … i call 20 times to the owner and i was already on the way to the place. Car owner never answered and in the hot summer afternoon i am on bike half way through and no one answers … funny thing Long Drive Cars Executives/Customer service went for lunch at 1:00 pm so customer service number did not answer. I waited for 20 minutes in the heat and came back home and booked Savaari for my travel. At 4 pm i got call from customer service and enquired why i did not pick the car. I explained everything and asked for refund…One if the customer service executive promised me that they will wave off the paid amount when i book a new self drive car … so on July 13th i reached them to process me a 7 seater car … but inspite of multiple calls and follow ups i am not getting responses from them. So I understood they just don’t want to refund my money in any way. Only place for me is to go to consumer forum. It’s not about money but it’s about how they treat customer. ### 1/5 — Bad service *2026-06-15* The booked car was not available, and after several delays they arranged an alternative vehicle, but were still unable to deliver it. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of communication. The relationship manager kept me waiting for nearly three hours before finally informing me that no car was available and that I would have to pick one up from the branch myself. Throughout the process, I had to make 20–30 calls just to get updates, seek a resolution, and request a refund. The team was highly unresponsive, unprofessional, and showed little regard for customer time or convenience. This has been one of the most disappointing and poorly managed services I have ever used. ### 1/5 — Worst experience *2026-05-08* Absolutely disappointing experience with the Long Drive Cars Rental app. The customer service is one of the worst I’ve dealt with — there was no proper response from the team even after multiple attempts to contact them. Queries and issues are either ignored or answered very late without any real solution. The service itself was unreliable and poorly managed. Communication was unclear, support was unhelpful, and the overall experience felt unprofessional. If you expect timely assistance and smooth service, this app will only frustrate you. It was dirty and not properly maintained. Still, I adjusted and used the vehicle. Before returning, I even got the car washed and returned it in better condition. Another big issue is their behavior. They kept calling repeatedly and continuously disturbed me, which created a lot of tension. Even when I informed them about my situation, they did not understand and kept pressuring. Check fuel percent before pickup *2026-01-27* The cars are decent but I received the car with only 1 point of fuel even though it promises free kms means no fuel charge from our pockets. So I refuelled the vehicle and when reached put to long drive cars people for claims they keep sending mobile numbers to reach out but those people won’t pick up the calls. They sent their relation ship manager’s number. I tried contacting him for more than 3 times he didn’t even attended the call once. But if you do any damage to the vehicle they will hunt you like anything. So before taking the vehicle please check the fuel level before taking the vehicle. If the fuel is not full tank ask them to fill it. Claims won’t work with these people ### 1/5 — Bakwas Service *2025-10-01* I have booked a car in Vizag. When I reached Vizag (from Hyderabad) and I have called car owner and his response is I won’t give car bcoz long drive cars people are not settling the amount in 1-2 days and they are taking 15-30 days. When I called support team and they are we will arrange another vehicle is completely different vehicle. We choose model and vehicle to njoy trip but they are arranging some other waste car. I have asked to cancel and refund money and they told 24hrs is the time. I have called after 24hrs and they are telling Sunday is holiday so by Monday EOD ur money will be refunded. When I called on Tuesday another answer is 3-5 working days. This is the drama they are playing with customer. And the customer support people are unprofessional and very rude talking. Car Condition – Poor & Dirty The vehicle provided was not clean from inside or outside. Basic hygiene and maintenance were completely ignored, making the ride uncomfortable. Unfair FASTag Practices Even if FASTag balance remains unused after returning the car, the company does not refund the amount. This is nothing short of cheating customers, as the money belongs to us. Rude and Unprofessional Attitude When questioned about charges and FASTag refunds, the staff behaved rudely and arrogantly. Instead of helping customers, they try to argue and fool people. Customer Cheating Tactics No proper transparency in billing. They mislead customers with hidden charges and do not provide clear explanations. Overall Experience Extremely disappointing. No sense of customer service, no honesty, and no professionalism. ⚠️ I strongly advise people not to use Long Drive Cars. ### 1/5 — Worst service *2025-08-15, version 2.0.54* Long Drive Cars is the definition of fraud and incompetence. We booked a car for 4:00 AM — confirmed several times — and were promised on-time delivery without fail. What we got instead was a string of shameless lies: • First: “The car is on the way.” • Then: “Just a slight delay.” • Next: “The car is damaged.” • Finally, at 5:00 AM, the truth — “We have no vehicles at all.” They wasted our time, ruined our travel plans, and left us stranded in the middle of the night without a second thought. This is unprofessional, irresponsible, and outright disgraceful. Long Drive Cars has zero respect for customers, zero accountability, and zero reliability. They should not be in business if they cannot honour basic commitments. 💥 My advice: Save yourself the stress — NEVER book with Long Drive Cars. This is not just bad service — this is blatant cheating. ### 1/5 — Scam/fraud *2025-08-05* This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I feel completely scammed. We were charged a ₹5000 deposit for damages we did not cause. Before taking the car, we recorded a video clearly showing that there was already a scratch on the headlight. However, after returning the car, the owner falsely claimed that we caused the damage. Despite providing evidence, LongDrives seems to be supporting the owner instead of fairly investigating the issue. This is extremely disappointing and not the way customers should be treated.
