Не запускается игра через айфон

Подскажите, пожалуйста, это проблема с блокировкой доступа или у меня заблокировали аккаунт? Заходит через интернет, но рейтинг по нулям, соперника ищет и дальше ничего не происходит , чат тоже пустой( на андроиде это приложение работает нормально
