### 2/5 — Navigation buttons are awful

*2023-01-08, version 2.0*

Buttons to go back or exit are so close to the top of the screen, it’s difficult to tap. Also, can’t save your stitch without paying for the app. It’s a fairly expensive app and annually renews. No thanks.

### 2/5 — No local functionality

*2021-12-11, version 1.9*

Just needed something to stitch a couple of web page screenshots on top of one another. It did a fine job. But, after declining to rate the app until after my first successful stitch, it won’t save. At all.
Since I don’t want or need to upload the photo to remote storage, the stitch looks good but is essentially useless.

### 3/5 — So far so good...

*2020-07-26, version 1.7*

I read that I needed to write a review to unlock the save option... so here I am

The app worked pretty well for stitching images vertically (minus some horizontal lines I saw). After paying the subscription fee.. and writing this poopoo review... I hope I’ll be able to save now!

### 2/5 — Frustrated !!!

*2020-06-14, version 1.7*

I have tried over and over to restore my purchase I even removed and re-purchased it and it still is not working. I have also repeatedly tried to get ahold of the support team and can not get ahold of them for the life of me this is so Frustrating! I live this app but this is absolutely ridiculous what do I have to get ahold of Apple ?

### 2/5 — Pay to save low resolution image

*2020-05-20, version 1.7*

You have the option to get a one week free trial so try it out by all means. However, these are the pros and cons of this app:

Pros:
+ No problem stitching the images together automatically by finding the overlaying (duplicate) sections of each image
+ Intuitive and easy adjustment of the cross sections (other apps such as Picsew requires multiple inputs for the same result)

Cons:
- You have to activate your trial/subscription in order to save the result
- The image quality generated is very poor with low resolution and high compression (it should be possible to use the original image quality, but it doesn’t do that)
- The user interface is quite confusing and you have to work your way by trial and error
- The one year subscription fee as of current writing is way to high as I don’t see any major changes to this kind of software.

### 1/5 — Completely useless without paid subscription

*2019-12-20, version 1.7*

The app seems to function, if you take a lot of very sections with a lot of overlap, but you cannot save to your phone. You have to get a paid subscription to a cloud service.

This is ridiculous for an app that you might use a handful of times in a year.

DELETE!

### 1/5 — Scam! Stay away!

*2019-12-11, version 1.7*

This is not a trial nor a free version. It’s a non functional it. It lets you stitch the images but there’s no way to save it. They disguise the premium feature under “cloud” storage however, there no non-cloud save option!

This is against Apple AppStore TOS since the application serves no purpose and it’s unusable without subscription.

### 1/5 — ?

*2019-10-06, version 1.5*

After spending a while cropping all my screenshots so they would work, found out I had to pay a yearly subscription to save. Also, the stitching wasn’t even working, and it flashed *part of* an error message, half a sentence with an ellipsis at th end. You need to make your error messages fit on the screen, or else I won’t be able to fix the error.

### 1/5 — No option for free version to save on my device?

*2019-09-29, version 1.5*

Hi I used to use this awesome app, but this time I found for free users, there is no option to save the final file on my device and whenever I want to save it the subscription page is shown. Why the hell is this happening? Free version doesn't support saving the image? Any idea plz?????
Uninstalled it just few seconds ago!!! Sh*T!!!

### 1/5 — Cool but wouldn’t work for me

*2019-09-17, version 1.5*

I was trying to stitch together a big ol screenshot, and ended up having to do it myself, no biggie, but when I went to save it to my device it prompted me to pay for the premium service! I thought it was supposed to be free unless I wanted the online backup. I couldn’t even save it locally without paying. You should really mention that in your description cause it’s kinda not fair that I took the time to manually stitch the photos together only for you to tell me to pay up to save it locally.

### 4/5 — Works but some functions are suddenly missing

*2019-08-13, version 1.5*

This works great but I used to be able to save the shot directly to my phone. I’m not being directed to purchase a VIP membership. Ugh, I’m disappointed.

### 4/5 — Works great, needs update

*2019-07-15, version 1.3*

I downloaded this app a few weeks ago and since then I’ve used it enough to warrant the full version. However, when I did finally subscribe for the full version the app did not recognize my subscription. Every time I try to upload to the cloud or login/register the app redirects me to the subscription sign up page. Please fix, thank you.

### 3/5 — What happened to the image quality?

*2019-07-11, version 1.3*

I feel like the last time I used this app and saved a stitched edit, nothing was changed in terms of image quality...but I just tried to use it again and for some reason it saves as a much lower quality than it was before. It's fuzzier, and it's very apparent when you try to upload it somewhere. I was fully prepared to give it a 5 star vote but I'm really sad now! What happened? ☹️

### 4/5 — Good so far, but only just started using it.

*2019-04-26, version 1.0*

I just downloaded and started trying to use this app minutes ago. Upon initial first test run, comparison of the stitched image seems to be as good as StitchPics app. We’ll see how it goes.

### 3/5 — LSS tricky but works!

*2019-04-06, version 1.0*

Long Screen Stitch works but is a bit tricky... Gotta take a lot of overlapping screen shots for it to work/stich properly! Would be nice if it had a left-to- right crop feature & also a scissors option that would allow cutting/splicing unwanted sections of the stitch :)

### 2/5 — Please update the app, we need this!!!

*2019-03-22, version 1.0*

I can tell this app is gonna be very useful, by like other ones out there, they have a lot of errors. Clearly, errors can be fixed, but what I just want is to have it updated faster!! The app won’t let me use it because I “need more overlapping space”, do you want me to screenshot every single text???

Just please fix this soon, I know this will be a great app!

### 3/5 — Broken

*2019-02-03, version 1.0*

Its broken due to how it just HAS to crop the pics for you instead of allowing the user manual stitch photos together. And it wont work if the background matches the color of the overlapping areas, for example it does not work when stitching iPhone Notes screenshots together.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Dishonest

*2023-11-15*

Upgraded 1 week ago for annual subscription. Now being told that I need to subscribe again. When I attempt to subscribe I’m told I can’t, because I’m already subscribed. This app has issues.

No indication that there are required in-app purchases. But the Application: requires and 18$ purchase. This is outrageou for such a basic app. Plus, this is not disclosed to the user until after registration. For this reason, I am suspect of the reviews. No way this product gets rated this high on its own.

### 1/5 — Doesnt allow saving locally, possible privacy breacher

*2022-02-13, version 1.9*

This app aligns pictures fairly well but when it ia wrong it doesnt allow me to adjust positions of individual images relative to each other. why is it so difficult for someone to build an app that allows me to attach images to each other horiz or vertically MYSELF, producing a giant image with whatever my aligned photos aligns up with?? geesh. Too much automation that fails.

The bigger frustration was i was unable to save the stiched image to my camera roll directly (none of the screen buttons did that).

Instead - more concerning is it appears to save stitches with this app you have to subscribe to their $14 a year service, and worse, share every image you create with them on their cloud, which removes your privacy from your work. I don't know what country this developer is based in, so I's prefer to keep my photos local on my device, "thank you"

I'm not sure the 3.9 rating on this app is legit. Definitely isnt deserved.

People dont want pay money effectively every month for AI app that doesn't align images exactly right and doesnt let you adjust it's result (in both X and Y axes) when it gets it wrong.

If I'm wrong about any of the app capabilities and shortcominga above, that's not on me: the features above must be hidden because I tried every button I could see and couldnt do any of the above (it hits you with a pay wall when you click almost every button after creating an image).

yuck!

### 1/5 — Rip off

*2022-02-12, version 1.9*

I’ve paid for the subscription and I can stitch screenshots together, but it won’t let me save them. Every time I click the download button, it pops up their “subscribe” screen. I’ve even tried re-subscribing, and it either says I am already subscribed or purchase failed. I downloaded this app to make photos I could save, not to play around on for fun.

### 1/5 — Won’t let you save without paying

*2021-11-21, version 1.9*

It’ll stitch images together just fine, but if i want to save them at all i have to pay like $14 or something. There doesn’t seem to be a way to save them without paying. If there is, it’s hidden in some weird place.

### 1/5 — Works inconsistently, cannot save images

*2021-06-05, version 1.9*

This app used to work great. Now, it is hit-and-miss. Very often it doesn’t stitch photos together at all. And it now doesn’t allow you to save without buying a subscription. There are other apps that work better.

### 1/5 — Fraudulent developer

*2020-12-06, version 1.7*

I have already purchased 1 year subscription for 1.49/year when the developers suddenly changes the price and now I cannot use the app. But my subscription still shows active status. And when I try to purchase it again charge subscription at 1.49/year but still didn’t gave vip access to me. Also the crashes frequently..

### 1/5 — Caution...Buggy, unintuitive and unethical

*2020-06-24, version 1.7*

This app was featured on App Store so I purchased what I thought was a paid subscription, so despite unintuitive UI and buggy performance, I kept it, only to realize one fine day it stopped working suddenly and won’t save pics till I pay for premium subscription?? I thought I already did, so I check my subscription and it says I paid for cloud subscription??? Never seen a bait an switch this blatant on App Store. Deleted the app.

### 1/5 — VIP subscription is a scam

*2020-05-25, version 1.7*

As the title says it’s a scam.
I have subscribed and paid for a year right away and less than a half year in they raised the price 10x (ten times) then proceeded to lock out the original subscribers. Funny thing is. They didn’t cancel my subscription, no they just took away my features and that is it. Tried to contact the developer but the link from the AppStore leads to a scammy Chinese website with no English version so...
I guess I’m robbed and I can’t even get Apple to step in. This is why people vary of paying for apps. It’s a shame Apple 

### 1/5 — Must pay to download

*2020-03-25, version 1.7*

It’s incredibly frustrating knowing that this app is capable of doing exactly what I need, and yet it will not let me download without paying an annual fee. Some other reviews mentioned that they could download images after reviewing the app, which is shady, but I’d take that over being forced to pay just to stack a couple of photos. Sorry, the convenience is just not worth paying for when I can achieve the same effect on my laptop for free.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t save it to your device, ergo is worthless

*2020-02-26, version 1.7*

Made a very high quality stitch, the app is actually very easy to use. No way to save the stitched image to your phone that I can find. Says it saves but it’s not in my camera roll. Says you have to pay to upload it to the cloud. I don’t want to do that, just want to save locally. But it won’t do that. So this is a worthless app don’t download it. Won’t let you save the images so what’s the point?

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Saving glitch

*2023-05-25*

I subscribed to this app for a year. All of sudden every time I try to save it pops up with to subscribe. I hit restore purchase. It confirms it. When I go back to save it does it again! 😡

### 5/5 — 😡You took my money and wont let me save photos

*2020-12-18, version 1.7*

I bought for the year and the app isn’t restoring my purchase. I can’t save anything!!!

### 5/5 — One task done right

*2019-04-20, version 1.0*

Brilliant. Simple. Stitches two or more screenshots into one long photo—as long as there’s enough overlap to match them up—and saves or sends the result as you please. Searches your [Screenshots] folder for stitchable images, or choose from photos (which a similar app couldn’t do.) That’s all. That’s all I need.
There’s a confirmation dialog in chinese(?) characters which appeared once, but the right-hand option proves to be the right one—and I haven’t seen it since. (God only knows what I agreed to, probably the soul of my firstborn child.) The developer should correct this.

### 5/5 — Love it!!

*2019-01-16, version 1.0*

Exactly what I wanted. Be forewarned though if it has a header or a footer that is not part of the text post it won’t be able to merge them so crop them first and then merge!!

### 5/5 — Awesome!

*2019-01-02, version 1.0*

I stumbled upon this app by chance and it is exactly what I need as I am always pasting together long messages.
Its perfect for me and it works perfect too!

### 5/5 — Quick and easy to use!

*2018-11-18, version 1.0*

Comes in hand more often than you’d expect.

### 5/5 — Great 😍

*2018-11-06, version 1.0*

It's just a great and easy to use.
You can easily take some screenshot and make them one it will done automatically in this app.
Loving this app

### 5/5 — Can’t save resultant images

*2018-10-12, version 1.0*

Won’t let you save images, forces you to leave feedback.

### 5/5 — Perfect for what I needed

*2018-08-15, version 1.0*

Within seconds of downloading this app, I was able to stitch together to photos. It was exactly what I needed to do. No hassle, just as simple as choosing two pics from my photos, hit the stitch button, and Done!

### 5/5 — Works!

*2018-08-12, version 1.0*

It works! And it asked me to write a review 23 seconds after starting to use it for the first time. So this review is based on 23 seconds of substantial usage! It’s amazing, the app opened and stitched the last set of five screen grabs and that’s it. That’s all I know so far.
