It is very fast and up-to-date with exceptional photos and descriptions. Search on various prices ranges and locations besides your immediate area. Have recommended this App to friends that have used it for their searches, appoinments, and yes, home buys and purchases. It's not limited to only Long Realty listings, but appears to have pretty much all the MLS listings. The only negative comment I have is that the interface is not very intuitive. Every time it crashes you have to start at the beginning. The latest issues are that it just give a loading sign and won't even open.
