It would be nice for US customers to have complete access to the app.. Will be uninstalling and going back to the Web.. ### 2/5 — Won’t let me sign in *2026-03-02, version 4.0.4* I love this store but It will not let me sign In! I have two emails and neither work nor does it allow me to reset. I don't receive the email to let me reset and I have checked junk mail and also blocked list and their not there either, I do however receive newsletter emails! I can only purchase through website and Klarna and can’t use discount codes because you need to be signed in! So for this I can only give two stars. Ordering is stressful due to this issue! Also. Considering this shop is for tall people the arms on most tops are not long enough! ### 1/5 — No USA option *2026-02-24, version 4.0.4* Unable to use in the US ### 3/5 — Delivery charges *2026-01-30, version 4.0.3* It is advertised that you can receive free delivery if using the app. However if using Apple Pay through the app, it will automatically assume you want faster delivery costing £3.99. There is no way to change this delivery option. Therefore the only way the get the free delivery is to check out manually. It certainly feels like they are hoping no one notices the added delivery charge when using Apple Pay. ### 1/5 — No US version *2025-12-06, version 4.0.1* Sad, I’ve been an LTS shopper for over 20 years … unable to set location, no conversion to US$ nor shipping details to the US 👎🏻 ### 2/5 — Poor app *2025-11-22, version 4.0.1* Items disappear from basket if I leave the app and come back later (this happened repeatedly). I ended up just not buying anything! Weeks later I’ve returned and bought only one item, because I can’t be bothered to browse the entire website again, only for items to disappear if I don’t complete the transaction in one go. Huge loss of sales for LTS! ### 2/5 — Add to bag not working *2025-11-01, version 4.0.1* I have tried 3 times now to buy 3 pairs of trousers but the ‘add to bag’ link doesn’t work even though my size is showing as available, when I click on it, nothing happens. I tried ‘contact us’ and that was no help either. Weirdly, the links worked for me to buy a skirt, just not the trousers. ### 2/5 — Clunky *2025-10-27, version 4.0.1* I absolutely loved LTS when they had stores. I’d love a day trip shopping and browsing and ultimately buying their great quality items, but since moving online it has become really difficult to navigate. The app is the worst one I’ve got. Many items can’t be selected for your basket and many you can’t even select a size. To get free delivery be very careful not to just ‘checkout’. They add the delivery charge hoping you won’t notice. It’s a complex way to get the free delivery. For returns it is a time consuming nightmare. You have to go on the website. You can’t do it in the app and it is so tricky to find.
