Only blah is it takes forever for the app to load up my album. The screen stays white for at least 45 seconds (and you can’t close out) before actually opening. I recommend the app, just know it’s not perfect. ### 3/5 — New Update, Not Working *2021-06-18, version 1.26* I love(d) this app. I went to use it just now and I noticed that they changed the app and added a bunch of new features which would be fine if the app still worked but now it does not. the app. And I am a paid subscriber. Every time I go to save it says “oops something went wrong”. So that’s extremely unfortunate. I hate when they just can’t leave well enough alone. The app used to work great. Now they’ve added these “features” and it doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — FALSE ADVERTISING!! *2020-08-31, version 1.24* I’m all about paying for apps. I spend hundreds of bucks ea month on apps alone, for personal and biz use. However- I HATE these apps that falsely claim they’re “free”, get you to download it, then when you simply try out the simple features, it won’t let you save without bumping up your “plan” or asking you to BUY! Let us TRY BEFORE WE BUY! I guarantee you’d get ALOT more users this way, than being shady and straight lying to us from the get-go! Any app I come across that does this, immediately gets a 1* review and straight DELETE from me! There are entirely way too many other honest app developers in the App Store that does all the same functions, and then some & give you at least a trial first. Apple has got to get a handle on this soon. This is getting out of hand. ### 1/5 — $1 a month *2020-07-28, version 1.24* I just wanted to split ONE video for my story and I can’t even do that. Yes it’s cheap for people who have money, but what about the teens like me who don’t? ### 1/5 — Zero functionality without paying *2020-07-23, version 1.24* I am all for apps charging, but it’s really annoying when you download a free app from the App Store, and then that app has zero functionality unless you give a credit card number. Sure there’s a three day free trial, but I need to enter a credit card number for the trial, before it will save anything. I don’t want to enter a credit card the very first time I use an app. I have no idea who these people are. I want to use it a couple times, and then I’ll decide if these people are worthy of my credit card number. So, no on this one. ### 1/5 — Totally NOT Free *2020-07-10, version 1.24* This app says it’s free, then within a few seconds of starting to split your first video, tells you you can try it free for 3 days, then pay $1/month. That may well be worth it... but why call this free when it’s not? ### 1/5 — Great Idea But... *2020-06-15, version 1.24* Not sure if it’s a scam or if the app is just broken but it’s not working for me. Decided to pay the .99 cents a month as it seemed this was a good investment. Immediately after the paying I got an error message saying “couldn’t save, try again later,” kept trying and got the same result. The potential is great but the app is clearly broken. 1 Star. ### 1/5 — Error *2020-04-06, version 1.24* So far, I’ve downloaded a “free” app that cut my video, but it won’t upload to Insta without paying $0.99. So, after doing that, I now have an app that won’t upload my video to insta, but it WILL send me error messages.🙄👎🏻 ### 3/5 — Jeopardized my influencing career *2020-04-03, version 1.24* This app is pretty good in that it does cut your long video into shorter segments for Instagram, however I took off 1 star for my rating because if you choose 1 minute increments, the end of each 1 minute segment will be cut off when you actually upload them to your stories. This is really bad for those of us who are #influencers because our fans hang on our every word and if some of those words are missing, well, they cannot be properly #influenced. I have literally 2 to 4 DOZEN people who watch my stories, and they look up to me. They are modeling their lives after mine, and I now owe them an apology. Furthermore, this app costs a dollar a month and I simply cannot afford this. I deducted another star for this. ### 4/5 — Fair *2020-01-17, version 1.24* It works in a pinch, and that’s great. However, immediately after I posted my first video made with this app, my account suddenly started sending spam messages to everyone I know. And I’m a paid subscriber. ### 1/5 — DON’T GET SUCKED INTO SUBSCRIPTION *2022-09-12, version 1.29* I downloaded this app to post long videos on my story... without permission it had automatically subscribed me. 2 years later, I get an email that says I’ve been charged an X amount to my account. I check my email almost everyday and I just found out about it. It was a hassle to unsubscribe, I had to call Apple themselves just to make sure everything was cancelled. And about refunds... even if it’s “fraud” they’ll only refund you for the past 2 months. BE WARNED. The first minute works fine, the last 15 second separate clip is missing some content. All you have to do is test your app in multiple scenarios and you can figure this out yourselves. Did your developers do any testing at all? It’s been this way for over a year. Instagram story only lets you do four slides at a time when recording so I used to make one video at a time with a 1 minute limit so it could fit being broken up into the 4.
