I really wanted to be able to give this a good review and it worked well for a while, however I switched and now have both IOS devices and the app won’t even open

I’ve had my lamp replaced several times, and each time it says the code on mine is “already in use”. This means multiple lamps are given the same ONE-TIME unique activation code. I’m incredibly disappointed. And there isn’t any customer service to discuss this with and have codes reset.

Users are able to connect to change which “group” the lights are in. Allows anyone to change your color, turn the light on / off, change the name, etc.

My bestie moved to a different state, so we found this lamp on Amazon so we could let each other know we were thinking of the other. 

We got the lamps and set them up and were disappointed that what we got doesn’t really match the description very well. 

1. The app shows you can set a color preference for your lamp, however setting that doesn’t appear to change anything at all.

2. When touching the lamp to change the color it also doesn’t change to the preferred color 

3. The app is almost too basic, it really needs a better walkthrough to help trouble shoot set up. There is no guidance, If someone is not tech savvy it would be confusing what to do to set up the lamp.
