## What is Longer?

How tall could you be? Longer gives you an honest answer, a daily plan to stand at your full height and Longo, a friendly giraffe coach who keeps you going.

Genes decide most of your height, so Longer never promises extra centimeters. It estimates your likely adult height range, shows you the science behind it and helps you build the posture and habits to reach — and show — your full potential. For teens 13+ and young adults.

YOUR HEIGHT POTENTIAL, EXPLAINED
• Still growing? See your estimated adult height range and a “most likely” value, from your parents’ heights (Tanner mid-parental method), your age and current height (CDC growth charts)
• Done growing? See your posture potential: good posture can help you stand up to 2 cm taller. It doesn’t make bones longer, it shows the height you already have
• “How do we calculate this?” explains the method, and every result lists its scientific sources
• Don’t know a parent’s height? Your range is just a bit wider
• Unlock your result by watching one short video ad, or anytime with Premium

MEET LONGO, YOUR COACH
A friendly 3D giraffe who cheers you on and celebrates your streaks. Longo reads your own logs to pick today’s focus, sums up your week, tests popular height claims in “Myth or fact?” cards and answers common questions. Rule-based and sourced: no chatbot, no AI guesswork.

A DAILY PLAN THAT FITS YOUR DAY
• Posture & stretch routine: guided video moves with a set and rest timer, about 2 minutes each
• Water and sleep in a tap, editable for the last 7 days
• A daily reminder at the time you choose, plus an optional evening check-in
• Tip of the day: 365 tips on sleep, nutrition, posture and more, many with their source
• Your growth curve and measurement history (cm or ft/in), with a guide to measuring correctly

LONGER PREMIUM
• No ads, and your height result anytime, right after each new measurement
• All 6 posture moves (4 are free) plus routine mode: the full set, guided back to back
• Growth insights: CDC percentile band, growth speed per year and how your range narrows over time
• Streak freeze: miss a day now and then without losing your streak
Free for everyone: Longo, tips, 4 moves, water, sleep, streaks, reminders and your growth curve. Under 18? Talk to a parent before subscribing.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account, no sign-up
• Your height, your parents’ heights, your birth date and your logs stay on your device; delete it all anytime in Settings
• We use Firebase to understand app usage and fix crashes; your height, your parents’ heights and your birth date are never sent
• The free version shows ads (Google AdMob); your height and health data are never used for ads

GOOD TO KNOW
• For ages 13 and up, on iPhone and iPad.
• Longer is a wellness app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and no app can make you grow beyond your natural potential.
• Estimates follow published methods and are approximate: your actual height may fall outside the range. The effect of posture varies from person to person.
• Stop any stretch that hurts. If you’re worried about your growth or have pain, talk to a doctor.
