Eigentlich eine erstaunlich gut gemachte App die auch einen Mehrwert bietet. Die Preispolitik ist aber absolut unverständlich. 20€ pro Monat ist einfach zu viel. Vergleichbare Anbieter wie Athlytic oder Bevel kosten zwischen 4€ und 6€ pro Monat. Schade, denn so wird die App leider nicht erfolgreich werden können.

Eigentlich eine erstaunlich gut gemachte App die auch einen Mehrwert bietet. Die Preispolitik ist aber absolut unverständlich. Für 20€ pro Monat wird die App niemals erfolgreich werden. Stichtwort Preiselastizität!

Ich bin 38. Spätestens in diesem Alter fängt man an sich Gedanken um seine Gesundheit zu machen :-). Viele Biohacker machen es vor, aber es gab vor Longevital nichts, was den Nutzer „bei der Stange“ hält. Eine gesunde Lebensweise benötigt ständig eine bewusste Entscheidung dazu und das ist was mir Longevital liefert: Mit minimalem Aufwand (Check-in), Dateneingabe analysiert die App meinen Lebenstil, sodass ich mir bei jedem Griff zu einem Glas Wein oder jedem Training bewusst bin, was ich für meine Gesundheit tue. Vorschläge für eine Verbesserung sind: Communityaufbau und die Inkludierung viraler Features für eine schnellere Vermarktung. Beispielsweise könnte man Ausschnitte aus der App teilbar machen „Ich habe diese Woche gesund gelebt“ etc.

**Developer response:** Vielen Dank für das Feedback! Das Problem konnte nach wenigen Tagen behoben werden, sodass auch WHOOP wieder verbunden werden kann.

Nach dem man die App installiert hat, erhält man eine email, und es wird mit einem 15€ Amazon Gutschein geworben, wenn man via Google meet ein kurzes Feedback gibt. Der Call fand nie statt, trotz Terminbuchung. Abgesehen davon, man muss ein Abo festlegen bevor man überhaupt irgwie die App ausprobieren möchte, die Sprache ist teilweise auf englisch und auf deutsch, alles ist sehr verbuggt. Also unterm Strich, definitiv keinen Download wert.

**Developer response:** Der Nutzer hat einen Feedback-Call gebucht, der auch stattgefunden hat. Der Nutzer hatte die App zu diesem Zeitpunkt jedoch nicht getestet und wollte offensichtlich nur den €15-Gutschein erhalten (laut seines Instagram-Profils etwas, das er häufiger macht). Aus diesem Grund haben wir den Feedback-Call nach weniger als 1min beendet. Jemand, der die App nicht genutzt hat, ist natürlich nicht qualifiziert, Feedback zu dieser zu geben. Wir freuen uns sehr über konstruktives Feedback, was hier leider nicht der Fall war.

Ich habe die App nicht weiter getestet. Ich finde es merkwürdig, das man zunächst einen Account anlegen muss. Danach muss man ein Abo abschließen, um überhaupt in der App etwas machen zu können. Auch das Löschen des Accounts ist nur über diesen Weg möglich. Also muss man erst das Abo abschließen, dann den Account löschen und dann das Abo wieder kündigen. Für mich nicht wirklich seriös gelöst!

Wir haben die App mit dem letzten Release (v1.2) dahingehend verbessert, dass man sich die App nun im Demo Modus ohne Account oder Abo zunächst in Ruhe anschauen kann. Wenn sie gefällt und man sie mit eigenen Daten testen möchte, kann man einen Account erstellen und die App kostenfrei mit dem Probeabo testen. Die Accounterstellung ist hier aus Datenschutzgründen notwendig.
