## What is Longevity Club?

Experience a state of the art boutique fitness and wellness club founded in 2015 by Charleston native Jennie Brooks. Longevity was created from a passion for excellence and a belief in movement as a foundation for long term health. Our mission is to educate, inspire, and support every individual on their healthy lifestyle journey through thoughtful programming, expert coaching, and a welcoming community. Feel good the moment you enter and even better when you leave.

Longevity has two distinct locations, each designed to deliver a comprehensive and personalized fitness experience. Our flagship location situated in the heart of Charleston’s peninsula offers an integrative approach to training and recovery. Members enjoy access to Group Fitness and Pilates classes, Private Pilates, Personal Training, Open Gym access, and a robust selection of wellness and recovery tools designed to enhance performance and support longevity.

Our second location, located on Kiawah, focuses on Pilates and performance-based training. This studio offers several styles of Reformer Pilates classes to accommodate a wide range of abilities, from beginners to advanced movers. Sports-specific training for golf and tennis is also available, supporting strength, mobility, and injury prevention. A dedicated Pilates room, fully equipped with all apparatus, provides an ideal setting for private and semi-private sessions, allowing for focused instruction and individualized attention.

Together, both Longevity locations reflect a commitment to mindful movement, elevated training, and lasting wellness.
