Just type or say what you ate — like “2 eggs and toast.” Elle estimates protein and calories for you. No barcode scanning. No endless food databases.

TRACK WHAT MATTERS:
Log weight, water, and a quick daily check-in. Small habits add up, and Elle uses them to adjust your plan when life happens.

GUIDED WORKOUTS:
Follow your personalized plan with clear sessions designed to protect muscle while you lose weight.

APPLE HEALTH (OPTIONAL):
Connect Apple Health to sync steps, calories, distance, heart rate, sleep, and workouts so your coach can personalize around your real daily activity. Longevity never writes data back to Apple Health.
