Every time I try to book on the app it says to call the company so it renders having the app in the first place pretty pointless

It’s functional, but weird about addresses sometimes. Overall it works but it’s not my favorite and there is definitely room for improvement.

Works well but the cost of the fare does not match what the driver charges you - which is always more. The fare on the app is usually £1 less than the actual cost. This does need looking at.

Longleys are often hired to collect my son from school, they’re always prompt, friendly and reliable and clean taxis. Highly recommend

Works well as advertised and have only encountered polite drivers. However recently app has stopped emailing receipts. Please fix this, I need them for my expenses!

I'm not a big cab user but have needed one a few times recently due to car issues. This app is incredibly easy and fast to use and has a tracker so you can see where your cab is while you wait for it to arrive. Being able to pay by card in advance suits me, and I get a receipt emailed. 
Can't fault it. Longleys may not be the cheapest but they are reliable with pleasant drivers and clean cars!

Great app. Really useful for booking a cab when you have no signal, but can get wifi. Shows you the costs so you don't have to guess. Can also track my car so I know which one it is. Great.
