This app is absolute worst I have ever used, seems to get even worse over time. Consequently I have to start the app in the store, login, often having to wait for an email with a code because I keep getting logged out. Doesn’t matter how many times I reset my password, anytime I try to login I get an error telling me the email address and password don’t match. First, stop asking me for my address. I already put it in the app and it keeps asking me. Second, and this is my biggest issue with this app, Why can’t I get my Longos card into my Apple wallet? I see the button and I try to click the button, but nothing happens. Please test your own app before publishing, make it work and make it not a broken web browser? ### 1/5 — Unable to sign in via phone *2025-12-06, version 7.1.73* Won’t let me sign in through my phone on the app. Every time I try to sign in it takes me to a new page where I log in, then it tells me to “hit done to return to the app” only to show that I’m still not signed in when hitting the Done button. It works through my laptop but this should be fixed by the phone. Not sure if it’s just my phone or if anyone else is having this issue too ### 1/5 — Impossible verification *2025-12-04, version 7.1.73* I thought the reviews were too harsh until I tried it myself. They are accurate - this app is trash. Good luck creating an account. No quality control went into this thing - bad for the Longo’s brand. ### 1/5 — Garbage. I am actually going to stop shopping at Longo’s because of this. Excessive. Yes. But I’m making a point. Bye, Longo’s. Don’t bother replying with “contact us and we’ll help you”. You’re dead to me. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Latest LONGOS APP issues (sigh) *2026-08-24, version 800.0.113* This app has been awful since inception but I swear every new update breaks something new. As of now my correct login password is not accepted. Okay I will change it. Hours later promised change password email not received. And yes, def not in junk file. Repeat with no luck. Go to get contact info to email this issue to LONGOS. Link to report issues says not found. So their issues process even has issues. If this wasn’t a genuine business I’d find this funny at this point. But someone should tell the Longo’s family this is not helping their brand Ps - great they allowed enlargement of their microscopic flyer print. But enlargement kicks you out of the flyer so wasn’t tested I guess, at least not for recent iPhones versions. It invariably tells me that my user name and password don’t match and refuses to accept a rewards card. If you try asking about it in store you get a shocked face and “ nobody else is having problems”response. Not worth the hassle. I deleted the app and threw away my card. ### 1/5 — Fresh install; blank screen *2026-01-22, version 800.0.112* Installed the app for the first time and was met with an entirely white screen. Waited for a while, still nothing. Quit application, waited a few minutes, re-launched. Now a blank black screen. USELESS. If I turn that option off then the card doesn’t come up on my quick access wallet, so I can only access it by unlocking my phone, opening my wallet and looking for the card.
