## What is Longrein?

Longrein is the operational backbone for European riding stables.

Built for owners, trainers, riders, and horse owners, Longrein replaces the WhatsApp groups, paper diaries, and spreadsheets that hold most stables together. Everything from booking the next lesson to logging this morning's farrier visit lives in one premium, EU-hosted app.

WHAT YOU GET

Live GPS ride tracker — track your route, distance, and speed in real time, with a map, pace, and per-ride stats. Native background tracking keeps recording when your screen sleeps.

Horse management — a full profile per horse: photos, bio, lineage, microchip, passport, height, and discipline. Welfare workload tracking flags horses that are overworked or idle.

Vet & farrier log — invite your vet or farrier by a secure link to record visits straight into a horse's health log, no account needed. Get reminders before the next vaccination, shoeing, or check-up is due.

Lessons & calendar — book, drag to reschedule, set recurring weekly lessons in one tap, and send 24-hour email reminders. Week and month views.

Payments & finance — record cash, card, and transfer payments, track who owes what, sell prepaid lesson packages, generate boarding charges, and see a monthly profit-and-loss with per-horse profitability.

Multi-role — owner, trainer, rider, and horse-owner accounts, each with their own view. In-app chat and a shared request inbox for lessons and horse care.

Your brand — add your stable logo and colour so emails and the app carry your identity, not ours.

EU-FIRST, GDPR-NATIVE

Hosted in Frankfurt, GDPR-compliant from day one. Each stable's data is isolated by row-level security. Export or delete everything in one click.

WHO IT'S FOR

Riding clubs and livery yards replacing paper or spreadsheets, trainers running lessons across one or more yards, and stable owners who want a premium client experience without heavy, dated software.

Longrein is free while we're in early access. Learn more at longrein.eu.
