## What is Longyear?

The human brain can learn to derive North from sensory cues. All you need is a little help from this App.
Once installed and started, this Apple Watch App vibrates mildly whenever you walk toward North, based on the GPS signal.
A smart algorithm helps avoiding repeated vibrations.

After 4 weeks of consistent usage on longer walks, you will be able to point North more confidently, even without the help of this App.
