When using the Limited Access option and selecting photos the Lono photo selection screen displays nothing in either the “Recents” or “Album” sections. No way I would give full access to this app ### 1/5 — UPDATE; SCAMMMMMM *2024-10-29, version 4.9.2* They removed my access from the app when I paid $34 and will no refund and have stopped responding. WILD. The app isn’t working. I asked for a refund. They asked me to tell them what the issue was and i did. I sent them a screen recording and they asked me again what was the issue. They’ve also asked me to jump on a call??? Like what? No I shouldn’t have to waste my time. They’re from a digital camera. I'm not sure if they're attaching correctly to this email since I am sending them from my phone.” Without fully attached images or clear details about the issue, we’re limited in how effectively we can assist. If images aren't getting added to your email and our app - possibly an issue with the image? Still, to avoid miscommunication and ensure we had all the necessary information, we suggested a quick call (or even an option to share it over drive). This would have allowed us to troubleshoot directly and address any issues faster.
