App doesn’t have WiFi permissions so there is no way to connect it to the WiFi or use the device that works with it. Completely useless. Returning blackhead remover and never purchasing from seller again.

The instructions tell you to connect your device through the lookface settings, but what you actually have to do is go to your WiFi settings and select the lookface app.

Super confusing but once you do this the camera does work.

I was really upset because it was not working. The app just would not show the microscope for more than a minute before it froze or just shut off. I FOUND THE SOLUTION! All you have to do it click the wifi icon on the bottom right hand corner in the “look face” app and TURN OFF “cellular data.” Now it works amazingly! Super happy with purchase.

My girlfriend and I have tried many facial peels that swear to get rid of of blackheads and nothing has even come close to this very inexpensive device. We could not stop making weird faces the whole time we were extracting the blackheads our of our faces lol. It’s very easy to connect. First go to your phone settings and go to WiFi setting, then turn on your device, look for the WiFi named “lookface”, tap on it and let it connect. Once connected, open this app on your phone and you can begin your blackhead extracting journey. Good luck
