So much so that like many other players, I was incredibly frustrated when I first played this app 4-5 years ago - and likewise, couldn’t go on with more photos or video because purchases were unable to be restored.  
Paying only one charge of $1.99 is FAR worth it for the amount of time that the developers put into this app; making it so amazingly realistic and immersive.  
As I said, the first time I ran into the payment issue, I was stuck too.  But for anyone that’s reading this now (July 2023) you CAN use ApplePay now!
It says a LOT that I remembered it after all these years and went back to find it.  It left THAT much of an impression on me.
Thanks for a thrilling experience and I hope one day (soon!) you guys will create a follow up so we can see more of what this mysterious “DeathRec” organization is all about ... and defeat them and save Eva for good, as well as any other unknowing girls from the same fate Alla suffered. 
My only suggestions for improvement (if you even do ever make another game😭) would be to allow players to choose between being male and female.  And... if possible, more content!  I would most definitely pay for additional content and sequel apps, and anyone that’s thinking about playing this game... it’s only two bucks, and for one of the best games I’ve ever played.  
DOWNLOAD and PAY the $1.99, it’s so worth it!

This is a really good game, its story is very engrossing and Eva the main character is fun to talk to. The sites are pretty, but also there is an underlying mystery at hand here. A very strange story….

The only complaints I will say is the video for Eva completely ruined the immersion because her voice sounded so fake and it definitely wasn’t her speaking. It was some sort of voice over. It was very weird! I have no idea why the developers made it like that.

for some unknown reason, I'm not allowed to Upgrade. I’d like to pay for the upgrade so I can experience this game as it was intended.
The problem is that the green bar that, I'm assuming, would allow me to pay appears to be perpetually buffering. I'm left with ONE option...choose “maybe next time.” 😖
I have attempted multiple steps trying to correct this issue...all to no avail.  
Help? Please? 🥺

Встроенные в игру покупки не работают, играть полноценно без покупки медиаматериалов невозможно. Просто идёт постоянная загрузка и ничего более не происходит. Исправьте пожалуйста баг!

I can’t see any of the pictures of videos it says I need an upgrade but won’t even give me the option and if I do have to pay then this game is super pointless I’d understand if it’s once in a blue moon you need to pay for something extra but every picture or video that’s supposed to progress the game according to your choice? Seems extremely unfair and I’m about ready to delete and never look back. I’ve played games like this that are so much better. I don’t wanna be a downer it’s just not as good as it could be.

The game is so immersive and fun as well as thrilling and scary. The choices of speech are not exactly what I would say in that situation, I feel I would be more worried for Eva after Allas situation. But that's whatever, I just want to see the pictures so I can actually answer questions correctly and be more "in the world". They are a big part of the story telling and momentum, so I tried to upgrade. Like many others I get the silly green bar with nothing but a loading circle spinning endlessly. Let me explore Odessa and properly try to investigate pictures and videos. There's a part I specifically can't even pass without actually buying the game, and the game won't take my money😭 UPDATE:it's been a bit and still nothing with the upgrades. No response. Nothing. If you're gunna give up on a game then how about make it free or just delete it off the App Store because it doesn't even work past a certain point just because you have to pay to see pictures to get farther and not let the chick die. Impossible without paying but STILL WONT LET ME PAY FOR IT.

I’m sorry if I am spoiling this but this is for people for are stuck in the judgement room. Guilty, Innocent, Innocent, Guilty, Guilty, Innocent, Innocent, Innocent, Guilty, Innocent. Once again I’m sorry for spoiling the answers but some people need help whoever’s guilty or not. Edit: It’s been a year since I stopped playing this game, but I’ll try to help even more. When you get to the room where Eva has to sing the tunes to you, there are 3 different sets of songs, but I’ll gladly do one of them. One of them starts off with a song that sounds like this “pam pam pam PAAA-RA-RAM”. When you hear this song, choose the following options: 1. Classical Music > Giuseppe Verdi - Rigoletto 2. Rock Music > Nirvana - Like A Teen Spirit 3. Pop Music > Last Christmas - George Michael

There’s also a room that has a forest inside. Eva will come across a machine where she will have to match things with colors. Type the following numbers: 2, 7.
