I have been a LookTV user for many years, but honestly, the service feels extremely outdated. For a platform with thousands of users, it is unacceptable that the video quality still looks like it belongs in 2010, with 720p-level visuals and poor streaming quality.
I kept using LookTV for a long time hoping it would improve, but nothing has really changed. The app and website feel behind the times, the viewing experience is disappointing, and it seems like the developers are not putting enough effort into improving the platform.
What makes it worse is that they collect payments on time without delay, but when it comes to fixing issues, improving quality, or listening to customer complaints, everything feels slow and ignored. Customer feedback does not seem to be taken seriously at all.
Overall, I am very disappointed. LookTV needs serious improvement in video quality, app performance, customer support, and overall user experience. At this point, the service feels outdated and poorly managed.
