## What is LookElse?

LookElse is a quiet screen-break utility designed for one small job: helping you step away from the screen for a moment.

Take a 30-second or 2-minute break now, or set a local reminder for 20, 30, 45, or 60 minutes.

When it’s time:
• Follow a gently moving dot for a short moment.
• Blink slowly.
• Look beyond the screen at something farther away.
• Take one slow breath.
• Leave the app.

That’s it.

LookElse is intentionally small. It does not try to keep you scrolling, build a streak, collect achievements, or pull you into another feed.

Features:
• 30-second and 2-minute break routines
• On-device local reminders
• Next Break status with change and cancel controls
• Adjustable dot colour, size, and movement
• XL dot option
• Larger guidance text
• Reduce Motion support
• No account
• No ads
• No analytics
• No social feed

The app succeeds when you leave it.
