I’ve tried a lot of screen time apps, but Lookup stands out because it helps you build better habits without making you feel guilty.
Setup is quick and simple. Pick the apps that distract you most, and Lookup steps in when you open them. You can set daily limits or start a one tap focus session for work or studying. My favorite feature is the daily goal system. You set your own screen time target, and the app tracks your progress throughout the day. It feels motivating instead of punishing.The design is clean, smooth, and easy to use. Everything is clear, and nothing feels overwhelming.If you want a simple screen time app that keeps you focused and helps you reduce phone use, Lookup is an easy recommendation. I’m looking forward to future updates.
